2024-01-29 19:45:40Buying a car can be a challenging experience, but we had an excellent one at Keyes Chevy. The staff was professional and took the time to explain each step without being pushy. During the wait for our car to be prepared, we ventured out for lunch and were pleasantly surprised when the staff offered to bring us delicious food from a nearby In-n-Out restaurant on their dime. It was a pleasant and unexpected gesture. We are extremely grateful to Philip, Jose, and Manager Brandon for their exceptional service and will definitely be returning to purchase our next Chevy from them.

2024-05-22 01:27:29Worst car buying experience ever and I sold cars for 10 years. My 78 year old grandmother tried to buy a used car over the phone from here and they messed up the whole deal. We didn’t try to negotiate a better price on the car, we were going to buy their $1100 alarm and buy a warranty but it’s still not enough for this greedy dealership. My grandmother wanted to buy a car for $25,000 otd which everything lined up perfectly as we selected a car around $22000. She was trading an old car and they gave her $500, still not an issue. She was putting $5000 down via credit card and going to write a check for the remaining balance, I know that’s a lot of money to take as a check so in good faith we did a credit app (she has great credit) so they could see who they are doing business with. Then out of nowhere I get a call an hour later from the desk manager saying that they need to apply her for a loan just in case the money doesn’t go through. I then a suggest we just get a certified check or a cashiers check, which is completely normal for any business. they let met know the only solution they have is that I give them the check and let it clear and after it clears(days) then they will give her the car, or just show up with $19000 plus in cash…. How crazy, we didn’t fight them on anything because I believe salespeople should get paid but this dealer messed the whole deal up and we ended up at Camino Real Chevy and got her the deal she wanted the way she wanted. Hopefully the GSM sees this, this place is absolutely the worst.

They made sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. Kudos to Kelly, Luis Dominguez and all the rest of the staff. Super happy w my SUV.🥳💝

2024-05-17 04:45:05Keys has terrible customer service I took may Yukon in for an oil change and i informed the SA that there were a few cracks on the plastic bezel on my steering wheel. He said he took pictures and sent it to GM for approval, that was on 5/11/2024 and today is now 5/16. I called 3 times and the SA never calls back. The last time i spoke with a lady and she said she would have the SA Manager to call me back. Still no call and they didnt put the next service sticker in window to let me know when next oil change is.I would never use the dealer again !

2024-04-30 13:03:01Waste of my time. When I called to make my appointment I told them what I needed. I dropped off my car around 715-730 AM. I received a phone call around 2 or 3 pm stating that nothing could be done since electrical guy left early … I could have been notified sooner or my appointment could have been pushed back.

2024-04-25 15:12:35I received a recall notice, I called the office to set up an appointment and verified. They had the part which they said they did. I was told that I should have the car by 12. When I arrived, I was told that I’d have to get the car back at four OK no problem, I received the phone call at 2 o’clock saying my car was ready for pick up, but when I arrived, I was told they did not do the repair because they did not have the part and apparently it was given to another customer. This means I have to make another trip and installed. This was not something I was planning on doing.

2024-03-13 13:15:08Started out making an appointment for an oil change on my diesel truck. We made the appt for the same morning. Frank took care of all my needs. He was friendly and courteous. It took less than an hour and a half. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.
