After spending way too much time trying to figure out why my system kept randomly re-booting with the blue screen of death, I reached my breaking point and decided to go to a professional.Steve in your Mission Viejo store was very informative and knowledgeable, and your company communication system kept me updated every step of the way. In short order, he determined my power supply was on its way out. And since computer is almost 4 years old and is subjected to daily heavy use, it was not a shock. I have replaced power supply units in desktops before, but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of doing it again. Steve completed the job much faster and more efficiently than I could have.Plus, it was a rare joy to converse with someone who talks faster than I do. Not a bad thing in my case.I will recommend other people to your company.

Our environmental consulting company has been with Kevins Computer Services for many years now. They provide all of our IT support including on-going maintenance. They built and installed our server and local network as well as several high performance work stations. All of the staff is super friendly and responsive and they keep you informed all along the way whenever you need to call for service. Their remote diagnosis and repair system is super convenient and we always get our machines back up and running very quickly. We highly recommend them for business or personal computer support.

Kevin and his staff are true professionals--they work on your computer in the shop or at your home. They identify problem issues quickly, and suggest solutions, and offer pricing that is reasonable and fair. Service staff is always friendly and cooperative. Kevins Computers is run like a small business should be: responsive, efficient, and eager to serve.

A little place I noticed. Went in and ask questions. He did answer them and more. I am coming back and try his services. I will let you know what happens. Other places said that they dont want to do this.
