2024-01-12 23:21:58I went to Kevins computer service for the first time recently, and I was really impressed with the service they provide. I had a challenging computer issue happening and time sensitive work to complete. They were able to get my computer in working order and get it back to me to continue working while they waited for a new part to arrive. When the new part arrived a couple of days later, they installed it within a couple of hours so I barely missed any work hours at all. The staff at the San Clemente location was great at explaining what was happening, how the process would work, and what the costs would be. I highly recommend!

2020-08-04 02:40:32My son and I had a bet; If he got straight As in school, all year long, I would buy him a computer; Not a pre-built one..one that we could build together with all the components he really wanted if he put in the effort. I felt pretty safe that he would come up short but encouraged him just the same. Well..he got all As and 1 B+. I wasnt gonna burn him on the deal so the buying spree began. He picked out some pricey things and one by one they all arrived until the complete set was stacked and ready for assembly. For the record; I am not a tech guy but I figured, How hard could this build really be? I can watch some Linus vids, read some instructions and be a pro. The build began..(4 hours later) I felt okay about the assembly..kind of. The moment of truth was at hand..I powered it up..pretty lights turned on and a message on the monitor pretty much said..Nope My son was heartbroken. I didnt know where to begin but decided to look up support options. I found the place that was super close, loaded up the sad machine and walked in. I met Anthony and felt pretty good about the situation. About 3-4 hours later I received a call from Alex who told be about the issues that were happening and how he not only resolved it but also fixed the fans which I managed to put in all kinds of wrong ways. Needless to say; The issue was fixed so fast that my son didnt have long to grieve. All of this happened because they know what they are doing and went above and beyond the call of duty. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone having any computer issues. These guys are pros! Thanks guys!!

2023-04-26 17:06:07As a life long Mac user, I was skeptical about trusting anyone else but the Genius Bar to help me with any Mac issues. But, I decided to turn my laptops in here because of an great recommendation. I wanted to transfer the information from one Macbook and to another Macbook, with all the data and files intact.The team Sterling, Greg, and Anthony were quick, communicative, throughout the process, and honest about their services. They completed the transfer within 3 days and I was so shocked that everything was saved, due to my previous doubts.Though the service was expensive, I felt like these guys really took care of the device and their honest, device and industry knowledge, and skill are unmatched.Trust your local computer guys! They will take care of you. Thanks again guys!

2023-06-05 18:03:13Saved me $2000.00-Provided a cheap solution to prevent me from buying replacement GPU (RTX 4090), due to it being a over a year since its purchase, the manufacturer warranty expired, however they identified that NZXT had a two year replacement warranty.-Automated updates via email or text to the status of you devices.-They kept me on schedule with reminders to contact the manufacturer when they didnt deliver items on time or when GPU was a downgrade from the original.-Diagnosis took approximately 1 hour. (dysfunctional GPU)Note, they build computers too. No need to go through a service like NZXT whos customer service took about 45 days to resolve the issue.

2022-09-27 18:36:43I am so deeply grateful for Kevins company. My old iMac desktop finally bit the dust and I had two very important jobs to get done. Rushed out and purchased a brand new iMac 24 then found out I could not plug in all my other work horses - printer, backup disk, scanner, non-WIFI keyboard, etc. PLUS I could not transfer all docs to the new computer by myself. So, I called Kevins and a wide variety of very knowledgeable men came to my rescue. They ordered the product I needed to connect all my machines and had the data transfer done over the weekend and I was back in business. I cannot recommend them enough.”Johanna B
