I just wanted to share that I am extremely pleased to have State Farm as my insurance carrier. I had an accident a couple years ago, which put me in the bracket of difficult to insure. I had requested a quote from State Farm but went with another carrier because I was worried it would be too expensive. Fast forward a year later and Priscilla Gallardo has kept in contact with me. And we talked about insurance the last couple of days and I was able to increase my coverage as well as lower my payment by $100 per month. She was thorough, explanatory, and even went above and beyond to help me get insurance. Needless to say I hope I am a State Farm Customer for many years to come. I would highly recommend Priscilla. She was awesome.

Kevin consistently demonstrates excellence as an insurance agent! He has helped me through a few difficult situations! He is available to answer questions and address concerns in a timely and professional manner! He goes above and beyond when it comes to service! Example: My vehicle broke down on a long rode trip. I was having difficulty with the tow company locating me so I called Kevin and he helped me get a tow and made sure it all was reimbursed! Invaluable support while sitting on the side of the road! 2) Recently my car was stolen and not realizing it was Sunday I called to make sure I collected all the information needed in order to file a claim. Kevin was supportive and helpful as I was extremely upset! He even called the next day to make sure I was doing okay! Kevin and his staff epitomize superior customer care!

All the staff has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond to answer any questions I had being as I am a first time renter. Super affordable and you’re able to speak with a real life person should you call.I just got off the phone with Constance, who was very helpful and got all my issues squared away within 10 minutes, no hold time.They understand your time is precious and make sure you have all the info you need. Im now working with Vicky Dietz out of that office and have received exceptional service. I recently had to file a claim from my home owners policy. I want to provide the absolute strongest recommendation for Kevin Bailey and his State Farm team. My reluctance in writing this review is that I will do so inadequately. We have used State Farm for years and when it rains, it pours. Within the past year, weve gotten our car broken into, a hit and run, and water leakage from a burst pipe in our newly renovated home. We called Kevin and he was immediately available. His team was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. In those stressful times, we felt confident that our interests were protected and we had someone on our side. For some of the claims, his team would periodically email to make sure that the process was moving forward. One time when we had trouble uploading the pictures, Kevin graciously volunteered for me to email him directly and he would do the legwork. Kevin and his team are class acts. We are luck to have him as part of the State Farm team. If I have not convinced you in this review, it is my failing and not their team.
