I’m So Very Satisfied being a long time customer with Kessler Alair Insurance! I’m Retired on a Fixed income and found Kessler Insurance to be the Most Affordable Company there is for me! All these Commercials that Advertise themselves as Being the Most Affordable I found were Quite the Opposite! Kessler Beat All of them and I’m a Happy, Loyal Customer as a result! I added my Condo and got an even Better Deal! I priced others, again and Still found Kessler to be the Best, Most Affordable Insurance Company for me! Margaret was able to get us home insurance after our existing underwriter notified us that we would be dropped. It was a shock, to say the least but Kessler Altair insurance came through for us. We now have a great policy that meets our lender’s requirements. I strongly suggest you give them a chance, especially if you have a unique situation or a unique property you need to insure. They were very quick and extended knowledgeable.

I got a quote with really good price for my home insurance, but then the inspector came and miscalculated my house square footage, my premium jumped to double. Kessler office could not help at all to correct things, I had to call insurance company 5 times in the last month, spend 1 hour each time, transferred to different department, and still got letter and message from collection service... Its a nightmare！

I contacted Kessler Alair Insurance Services for a quote for home and auto insurance after being with Farmers Insurance for at least a decade and having my insurance continually creeping up year after year (no accidents, tickets or claims). Not only did I obtain new policies with a different insurer with exactly the same coverage as I had with Farmers for quite a bit less (better rates than AAA, State Farm, Liberty Mutual), they were thorough, efficient and personable; agent David Kessler was great!

A car door was opened as we passed it, and the door hit us. They claim was made immediately. I was told that it was determined that I was not at fault. However, I was required to pay my deductible for the car repair, in order to go to arbitration. The other party claimed that their door was already open, and I ran into it. This claim was false and is supported by the damage on my car. I was told the arbitration process will take up to six months. This is absurd. I am satisfied with the process, but am astounded by the time frame for resolving an obvious claim.
