There was a one week delay on my order.Given that its the holidays, Im placing the error on USPS.USPS was not helpful in tracking it down either. In fact their update indicated USPC hadnt even received the item!I contacted KESS Friday at about 3 pm through their contact page.The auto response I received indicated Kess had closed a little over an hour early. :/However the following morning on Saturday (when they are suppose to be closed) I received an email response from Kess.They were able to track down my order - its scheduled to arrive TODAY.Do to the trouble they are refunding my shipping costs! :DThank you!

They have terrible customer service - they sent me the wrong order! The item I ordered was not available, instead of notifying me, they sent me a different product!! So frustrating to get the wrong order and have to fight with them to pay the shipping to send it back.I ended up calling internationally just to speak with someone there. They sent me the wrong tracking information too, which is so stressful as I thought my parcel was going to the wrong spot. What a headache!!

I order a desk mat on June 10; however, I still havent get it yet. I emailed them, but they even dont be bothered to response. I will never buy things from Kess InHouse again. I asked for refund, and Im waiting for their response.

I had a customer service issue that took way too much effort to resolve, which is the reason for the 3 star review.Products are beautiful but I probably wouldnt order from their website again.

This place is bizzaro world. Place an order, got a confirmation but items still not arrived. No response to emails sent from their website. How why do you even run an online business like this. Stay away
