Great experience once again with the Kern CPR and their Hybrid PHTLS Class. Had people in my class from as far as Las Vegas that came to where the action is. Darren Amos was as always a great instructor and had all our paperwork ready with a clean and prepped teaching environment. Ill be back!!

The facility is very clean, organized and has quality learning environment. Kern CPR provides a positive learning environment with knowledgeable instructors. I would recommend Kern CPR for all your CPR, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, Stop the bleed training, and any other course she may offer.

This place is a joke. I spoke to the owner on the phone last week about a course and her condescending attitude on the phone told me not to go here but I need to complete this course. She told me the course was on specific days which worked with my schedule. When I signed up on the website there was no date or time but it took my payment information. When I circled back to the website it said it was on Monday at different location. So emailed the owner and she never replied. So I assumed that it was the original dates that she told me which was a Wednesday Thursday. So when I showed up on Wednesday she gave me so much attitude and told me that it was yesterday on Tuesday and they had to change the course date and that she emailed everyone. I never got an email. I tried to explain what happened on my end and she kept interrupting me and cutting me off. She told me that on the website I selected “call to schedule.” How idiotic is that. And I did try to contact her and got nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service and poor website. I would stay away from the place. If this is how the place is run I’m sure the quality of the courses are just as bad.

My instructor was Darren super cool dude. He was patience and very knowledgeable. If I had to take another course I would definitely take it if Darren could be my instructor again.

Our instructor was very efficient and comprehensible. They are st a great central location with modern equipment that gives feedback for quality of compressions and breaths.Thank you KCPR for making our renewal so straightforward and easy.

This is the 3rd time I have been to Kern CPR for classes over 8 years and they are great! The instructors are professional and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their start with a great CPR course or those who need renewing of the education or continuing education.

I am very satisfied with the instruction in class and the mannequins are updated. The instructor is extremely knowledgeable, clear and precise. I highly recommend AHA for CPR/BLS CLASSES AND their website is easy to maneuver through and reserve a seat in class. After the course I felt more confident performing CPR IF NEEDED. Most definitely renewing my card/course here in 2020 again.

I enrolled literally 30-40 min before the class started and was worth it! The site was very clean! Darren is the best instructor ever he’s very knowledgeable, makes sure you understand and if you don’t he answers your questions as well. The mannequins are up to date working properly! He had snacks and refreshments for us and the site has a restroom as well. He had a good sense of humor to make sure your expirence goes by fast but also get informed in what your suppose to know. I’ll be coming back forsure when it’s time to renew my CPR👌

We were super disappointed with this class. I purchased for my children so they would know how to handle a situation if they were ever home alone. The class was two hours. They watched movies for one hour and 45 minutes practically nonstop and got to try the CPR and AED once and that was for about 10 minutes.

AMAZING! That’s all I have to say about this company. From the second I called till the second I started my class everyone was very informative and helped me with any questions I had. I felt like they went the extra mile with everyone in my class. I walked away with tons of knowledge and will definitely be going back to renew my certifications. 100000000% recommend. My work offered the class. The process was easy from set up to cards. I spoke with T.J. to schedule, she squeezed us in with short notice. She came in a taught the class, she was very knowledgeable. Not something she learned out of a book. She spoke from experience. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I took the CPR class for first timers and our instructor was late so the owner had to come in and she too was 5 min late. The whole thing was done in 1 hour and 30 min, while the website states it’s usually a 4 hour course. We didn’t practice any of the of the 2 person scenarios which I presume was for covid reasons. I would have totally understood that had it not been for the fact that neither of the instructors wore masks. I don’t understand how you can be an instructor on how to save lives all while not wearing a mask, while all the students did. In addition, the owner even acknowledged covid by saying she wasn’t going to have us practice giving breaths “because all of this is going on” referring to covid as she pointed to her mask-less face. I feel if you hadn’t had previous instruction the test would be a little difficult as 95% of the course was watching videos while the instructor was on the computer. If you want to get your CPR card in under two hours this is your place to go.

Only 1 other student when I took the class recently, but between the 3 of us, it was the most-entertaining AND informative 1st Aid/CPR/AED course Id ever taken. T.J. is a witty, engaged, pragmatic Instructor, certainly heads and shoulders about the last one I had with a major nationally-recognized enterprise. I give her and her well-paced program a 5-HEART rating!

This course was by far the best CPR course I’ve ever taken. The instructor was beyond knowledgeable and interactive, thus entertaining. His method of teaching was great. I learned more in this CPR course in one day than being a Nurse and taugh this several times. His teaching method made me able to remember everything in detail and I can actually walk away with confidence knowing what to do in case of an emergency. Called to schedule a class. The lady that answers the phone was so rude and sarcastic, I would never give them my business. Each time I asked a question for clarification, she replied, like uh..yea in an extremely rude manner. I will be getting training in LA or Fresno. I believe this business takes advantage of the fact there are few providers of this service, but I for one am willing to travel in lieu of giving my business to people who are rude.

Ive been here twice for BLS and ACLS. Both times have been great. Owner/instructor is super nice and knowledgeable. I am going back for PALS in a week. Just wish they had neonates :(. But overall love this place. I will keep using kerncpr for all renewals.

A friend and I went for our ACLS credential. It was recommended by a paramedic friend of mine. TJ was a phenomenal instructor. Hands down I would recommend this facility for all you BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials. We are going back next month for our PALS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
