I just closed my escrow this past week with the help of my wonderful agent Ken. Like all other reviews said, he is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable going to him for questions or advices. He doesn’t hide anything. I was often in areas of bad receptions and couldn’t see my emails until I got home, Ken sent me a lot of text reminders to keep me in the right track. Would totally recommend him!

As a first-time homebuyer, Ken is the kind of realtor I didn’t know I could hope for. He’s trustworthy, accessible, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth.Important things to know: he always responded right away and told me ahead of time when he’d be in meetings.Ken does real estate. This isn’t his side gig or 2nd income stream. This is his profession and he treats it as such. He’s knowledgeable, and not just about the buying and selling components. He has a mortgage background and can help you see the full scope of that, too.It was clear I could ask any questions I needed to and he always had time to answer them. Ken makes you feel like you’re (somehow) his only client–that’s how willing he is to answer questions.I always felt well-informed about where I was in homebuying and what was coming next. There were no surprises from Ken. Instead, he helps you navigate any uncertainties that are inevitable in real estate transactions along with a wise perspective.Five stars! Ken helped us buy our new home in Los Angeles. He followed through each and every step of the home buying process with multiple CAR forms. Even when the sellers slacked, Ken never lost the momentum to chase the different steps and we closed the escrow on time. No details were missed out. My wife and I started looking for our first home in the fall of 2021. We were not prepared. Bidding wars, crowded open houses, FOMO on low rates is a lot of stress! But Ken kept the ship steady and kept the vibe positive. He has years of real experience, knows how to read...a room, and just generally knows about home repair and potential pitfalls. With the red hot market, we paused our search. We resumed in fall 2022 but this time with a baby on the way due in January! So the pressure was there. We decided to reach out to Ken again. With a bit of luck and good guidance in a cluster of showings, were now homeowners and parents as of January 2023!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was unsure what to expect about the process. I was very fortunate to have Ken as my realtor. He was very responsive, patient, and helped lessen the stress I was feeling during the process. He took the initiative and worked very well with my loan officer, making the escrow process relatively easy. When I had questions, Ken took the time to explain and answer them. He was easy to communicate with and very flexible with his schedule. Ken was also able to find us listings with many of the features we were looking for in a home. He seemed to work tirelessly to help me through the process. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would definitely work with him again in the future if I am in the market to purchase another home.

Ken was a great realtor for us. We were purchasing our home from out of state, so we relied on Ken for a lot more than we expected to. In all cases Ken was happy to help us out and responded promptly to everything that we asked. He would take the time to explain some of the more obscure parts of home buying to us and repeat it until we felt like we understood. Ken would also tour homes for us and create a virtual tour or faceTime with us when we couldnt be there in person to view a house.He provided a wealth of knowledge about the various areas that we were interested in as well as resources that we could use to help us hone in on the right neighborhoods.We were very pleased with Ken in all aspects of the process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

Detail oriented, responsive communications, problem solving, companionate towards all parties involved. My 89 year old mother’s refrigerator had an issue and Ken offered to help her when he stopped by to drop off paperwork. This is in his character to help people when in need. Straight talk, candid professional opinion when needed. Provided ample marketing for our listing, helped coordinate with maintenance partners, made valuable suggestions and listened intently on our needs and wishes throughout. Couldn’t ask for a better Listing Agent. I have been on the mortgage side of transactions for decades and work with Realtors across the country.
