Susan and Kelly were amazing! Very knowledgeable with all real estate issues. Negotiated a great sell price on a family home. They were familiar with the neighborhood and set a price that brought in buyers! Very professional and always answered my calls quickly. Answered every question I had. They really go the extra mile to make sure their clients are happy and understand everything, every step of the way. Couldnt be happier. Would give 10 stars if I could! Susan was an amazing realtor, she helped us find our first home. We never felt rushed and appreciate all the hard work and patience that went into finding our home. Being first time homebuyers she made the process so easy and guided us throughout the entire process from start to finish. We are forever grateful she was placed in our path. Susan was not only our realtor but along the way became a friend and someone we trust. I have only wonderful things to say about her work ethic and I cannot express enough gratitude to her and the entire team at Kelly Evans & Associates.

Kelly is absolutely amazing! When my husband and I made the decision to sell our house we called Kelly and she got things done quickly, professionally and efficiently. Anytime I had questions (I had a lot) I could text or call Kelly and she always was quick to respond. She’s always working hard for her clients. 5 stars, highly recommended!!!

Kelly set a record in my neighborhood for the sale of my home. Highest sale and price per square feet. Everything was done asap, she ALWAYS answers her phone and is a fun / enjoyable realtor to work with. No one compares to Kelly!! My husband and I are first time home buyers and we are so thankful that Susan Ashouri, our realtor, came into our lives! Susan is actually the 2nd realtor we worked with since we did not gel with our 1st one. If I had advice to give, I would say if you are either looking for a realtor or are unhappy with the one you have, Susan is wonderful. Period. She is amazing at what she does. I have zero regrets about leaving our 1st realtor in the dust. Now what makes Susan Ashouri so great? I am glad you asked! Susan is one of those people that make you feel better simply by being in her presence. She is super friendly, warm, and gives you the fuzzies. As first time home buyers, she explained the entire process of buying a house (which is very daunting but she breaks it down) and was always available for any questions. I am not sure how many clients she has but every time we were interested in a house, she would quickly book a viewing and happily showed it to us even though she was in Simi Valley and we were house hunting in Oxnard. She is great at communication and helped us get connected to the people we needed to talk to. Susan always listened to what we wanted and never pushed a property on us that we did not like. She never made us feel guilty for seeing another house, and another house, and another house...Ultimately, Susan helped us get our 1st house in a hot market where houses are selling like tamales. We are still in disbelief that we are finally homeowners but that is largely in part to Susan. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. We are definitely team Susan and hope to work with her again in the future (the far future since houses are expensive and we are now broke). We love you Susan and are very thankful for you! :D

My husband and I were going to be brand new parents in a matter of months and wanted a new home to accommodate our new addition. Not knowing anything about purchasing a home we decided to look into a relator to help us out. Then came Alba!She was the best realtor we could have ever hoped for. Right away you could tell she had years of experience which helped make this process stress free for us.She asked all the right questions, anticipated our needs, and met them all with a smile on her face and expert advice. No matter what the question, big or small she was always available to answer them fast. She kept us updated with new homes in the market within our guidelines so we were always first to see them and act upon the ones we were interested in. She always went above and beyond! which made this process more pleasurable than hard.Hearing stories from friends on how hard and long their process in buying a new home made us very nervous if we could find a new home in time for our growing family. We ended up finding the home of our dreams within a matter of months! The fastest and easiest process than others around us. I cant express the great time we spent with Alba. She will forever be considered a friend and someone I highly recommend for any of my friends and family looking to buy or sell their home.

Kelly definitely helped to solve my biggest problem in 2022.We had a simultaneous closing while we sold and bought at the same time. It was not an easy job, but Kelly used her profession, confidence and effort to nail it.She provided us the most professional opinions on managing our properties, responded quickly whenever I had problems or questions. She gave me a lot of confidence and support when I was panic or stressful through the entire process. She contacted all her resources to make sure that we can complete all our tasks and duties at either selling or buying.At selling, we had accepted a much higher price than our expectation; and at buying, we won the price fight with only one shot of a very reasonable price too. And I always felt that I had so much time and space to gently pick my dream house, safely leaving all the negotiations and trouble shooting to Kelly and her team.I was very glad we could work with Kelly and her team (Joanna and others) to make a smooth move to our new dream house.
