Kelly helped us with the difficult task of selling mom’s home after she passed away. She never hesitated to say … “don’t worry, I’ll take care of that” whenever something needed to be done. The home was beautifully staged … well beyond our expectations ..and we received several offers over asking price within ten days! Escrow closed in 30 days without any problems. Kelly was one of the best ever is listing and selling our home, this is the third time selling a home, and out of the three realtors, she was the most engaged, knowledgeable and personal. Dont expect to set back and cruz, your in it to win too, she is very supportive, hard driver to get the most out of the deal for the both of us. Kelly was professional, dedicated, and top notch throughout the selling process. She is not only very knowledgeable about real estate, the market, etc but is extremely personable and easy to communicate with. We ran into an unexpected issue which could have collapsed the sale but Kelly went way above and beyond her role in order to solve it. At the same time she kept everyone involved level headed. Look no further for a Real Estate Agent, you have found the best. Kelly has sold two homes for us and we would not hesitate to hire her again. She is worth every penny of her commission and goes above and beyond to make sure that the complicated and stressful experience of selling a home goes smoothly. Kelly Dipple answers every call promptly and finds solutions to every issue. She was so wonderful with our elderly mother when selling her house. She explained everything to her and even helped with the electronic documents as she was not comfortable with computer-generated documents. Kelly helped with staging, yardwork, and painting providing people to do these jobs. She also solved a complicated issue we had with our home when trying to close involving a solar lease. Kelly worked with us to sell our home in San Jose. She spent time understanding what we wanted, why we were selling and what our time frame was. She staged our home, worked with us to get any minor work needed done so it would show well, and she had a great network of people to help. We sold our home quickly, for what we consider a perfect price and almost as importantly to a perfect family. She kept us current and guided us through every stage. It was effortless on our part, she however did a lot of work and made it look easy. I wont ever use another realtor, she is fantastic.

If in need of a realtor, look no further than Kelly! Our family unfortunately had to sell a home after a beloved family member passed away. After the initial gathering of the heirlooms for the family, we were stuck on what to do as next steps. Kelly stepped right in and not only helped us solve our problem with finalizing the purge of items of the house from over 50 years of contents but she also walked us through scenarios in detail on how to get the house to market. She provided advice on how to move forward and let the family ultimately decide how to proceed, which made us feel at ease and cared for as clients. Kelly is extremely experienced in these types of situations, and we couldn’t have completed the sale of the house without her.
