Kelli helped me downsize from my ranch home in Rescue to a new construction home in El Dorado Hills. She helped me utilize a Buy Before You Sell Program to help me move into my new home first, so she could refresh my current home by flipping it for me with fresh paint, staging, and a few repairs. She priced the home at market value and we received several offers over asking. I am so happy I hired her! Kelli and her team really cared about getting me top dollar for my home, and she also negotiated a lower price on my purchase. I love my new home, and Im so happy I made the move. We used Kelli to buy our house 10 years ago and had a great experience with her. We have stayed friends and I recently asked her to help me sell my dad’s house as he was downsizing. She had great recommendations on projects to do to get the house ready for sale - including venders to work with, but we always had the final say, so that we could stay in our budget. We got the house spruced up and got it on the market, and sold it quickly for over asking. My dad was skeptical at first to put money into a house he was trying to sell to get money out of, but after the house sold, he was thrilled and had nothing but good things to say about Kelli and her crew. Everyone we worked with was amazing and responsive, from the admins to the workers she recommended. This was our second time working with Kelli - she was our buyers agent when we first bought our house in Northern California. That transaction 12 years ago went very smoothly, so it was an easy decision to use Kelli/Navigate Realty again when we came to sell the house.In the dozen years since we first worked with Kelli, she has put together an amazing team, who between them are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. The preparation phase before listing was excellent, we knew what to expect, we discussed pricing, we knew what work had to be done before listing etc. The next phase, was the marketing and listing part - Navigate/Kelli arranged the staging, the professional photography, the cleaning - no detail was overlooked. It was not long before we had a buyer with a great offer.Attention to detail is where the team excelled. Especially after we accepted the offer. There is a lot of paperwork to be done, lots of DocuSigns, plenty of is to be dotted and ts to be crossed. It was essential that this is all timely and accurate - Kelli and her entire team were an incredible help, and the closing process went smoothly and quickly, we were even able to close a little earlier than anticipated. We always received quick responses to our calls/texts/emails, and we were never left hanging when we had questions.As I look back at the entire process from thinking about selling all the way to the closing, there is absolutely nothing I would have changed - house selling is naturally stressful, but working with Kelli and Team Navigate mitigated that stress by being honest, professional and incredibly accurate, timely and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to use Kelli and her team the next time I need help buying or selling our home.

Kelli at Navigate Realty is an excellent real estate professional with a proven track record. She, and her entire office team, worked together to make sure our home had the best chance to sell and they did not stop until it was sold. With over 30 real estate transaction under our belts, Kelli Griggs and her team are definitely the best we have ever worked with!Before working with Kelli, we had worked with 2 other agents in trying to purchase a home. They were unable to get the job done on 5 properties we put offers on. Within a couple weeks of working with Kelli and Crystal Poelking they helped us secure a home. As an out of state buyer, they made the process incredibly smooth with coordinating all inspections.At the same time we were purchasing a home, we were also selling a home. Kelli and her team were great to work with. They had contractors who were able to get the house in the best shape possible. After less than a week on the market, we had 10 offers. Jim and I were introduced to Kelli Griggs and her Navigate Team through our son, who had found her through some positive research. Our children inherited a home in Granite Bay California from their grandparents, along with them we inherited another home on the same property. Our children asked if we would talk with Kelli @ Navigate Team. He was just concerned that it would be better than trying to sale ours on our own. We were both saleing to a relative to keep the property and homes in the family! We gave it little thought about what to do after speaking to Kelli Griggs we hired her along with our children, Best move we made! It was a difficult situation, Kelli and her team made it all happen with their persistence and patients lots of calls, video chats that she made happen with 4 different households involved. She unfortunately had some family issues that needed handled for weeks, all while keeping our sales moving along. She made sure if we all needed something there were her wonderful staff that could help with, they also always assured us that they were in contact with her, letting her decide what she felt was best, then theyd get back with her reply or a time she would be able to reach out to us all at a certain time. When your selling your familys home and your 850 miles away we learned real quick that with Kelli and her team we didnt have to worry about that distance. They never gave up their positive attitude which held all 6 of us in the belief that it would happen! It did and all are happy! To never ever meet Kelli and her team and to feel like were family. Kelli and her team are simply awesome! We went through another agent before moving our account to navigate realty. We wish we had engaged with Kelli and her team at the outset. Despite losing time and price changes due to our earlier agent, Kelli came in and hit the reset button within the first two days. Our listing presence on the internet was hugely better and the digital footprint management resulted in a huge spike in viewings. Kelli and her team would deliver feedback and provide analytics on how the house was doing on the market. It was a matter of time from there and we got multiple offers and sold at a higher price than we listed for. Overall I’d give her a 10 out of 5 ! I started my quest to sell my house and buy another several months in advance. I found Kelli thru HomeLite. I was sent 3 top performers and Kelli was #1. She called me quickly, came to look over the house right away, and has been great to work with. The other 2 names sent to me had their assistant call me. I was greatly impressed with Kellis personal attention to what I was trying to do.Her team is great, she was patient with me during my process of getting my house ready to sell. My siblings and I needed to sell our parents home to fund my Dads retirement in an assisted living situation. I am completely ecstatic about my results with Navigate Realty. I called Kelli Griggs after reviewing every house that sold within a 5 mile radius within the last year. I created a list of the most successful agents in my area by shortest number of days to close and then read their review to see what clients were saying. Kelli and her team are at the very top of my list! Most of their past sales sold in under 3 weeks and most for the original asking price. Like my review here their clients were more than satisfied with their results. I knew right then that I was going to use them and told friends and family I had found my agent before I was even ready to list my house. When the time came a couple months later, I had a great first meeting, it was easy and comfortable. ...I already felt that they were the right fit and they were. I could feel the inspiration from them as they were looking around my home with excitement, figuring out the best way to market it. They were truly genuine and enthusiastic. Kelli made some great recommendations on staging and reasonable solid home updates, I trusted her and did them, 20 days after listing with them I accepted a great offer and my house SOLD!!! They kept in touch with me during the process, checking in as often as needed, held great open houses where different agent were able to fill in when needed. The visuals, website, videos virtual tour and other marketing was top level. Seriously stuff that Fortune 500 companies would have representing them! I also discovered how important it is to have a strong proactive selling agent that can positively influence the prospective buyers agent on the price/value of the home. Let me start by saying that I have only done maybe a dozen reviews, thats it. I say this because it illustrates that when I do a review its because I truly received either amazing service or horrible beyond expectation. Well Kelli, Jeff and team were that amazing service provider. I cant stress enough how Kelli and Jeff as the tip of the spear would fall short of their target every time if they didnt have such a solid foundation to work from. Jordyn, Courtnee, Taylor and the rest of Navigate realty are that solid foundation. This was the second time weve used Kelli and her team. First as a buyers in EDH back in 2018 and most recently as sellers at the end of 2020. That speaks volumes about the professionalism, efficiency, quality, value and more importantly the results we received from Navigate Realty.Our recent assignment for Kelli was to sell our second home in rural and up-country Amador County. It was a 3400 sq. ft. home with a 2500 sq.ft carriage house. We built it ourselves over the last 30 years having turned it into an amazing mountain retreat. It was the nicest home and property in the area and there were no comparable sales with most homes priced hundreds of thousands of dollars lower. Because of that we expected that it would be impossible to achieve a positive return on our investment over the last 30 years let alone equal it. But it was time for us to consolidate and simplify, and with quite a few tears we decided to call Kelli and put her on the case.Within a week of contacting Kelli, we met with her and her assistant Jordyn. Shortly thereafter Jeff and his team were on-site and put together the most amazing digital marketing program that included a virtual 3D walk-through of the both buildings plus a drone flyover of the 4 acre property orchestrated to music. Knowing we were going to be saying goodbye and then watching this... the results of our love, blood, sweat and tears over the last 30 years was a real tear-jerker. So moving on...Within 16 days of being on the market, we received an offer and settled on a price that was $150K+ more than we ever expected. We closed escrow 30 days later, which was no small feat given how COVID-19 has complicated getting what would otherwise be simple things done. To that point, more and more people are doing their home searches online before venturing out in real life and the quality of the online marketing effort separates the properties that get attention vs those that sit idle for months. And marketing properties to an online audience is Navigate Realtys superpower.During the closing process, we developed a close friendship with the buyers. A family of 7 (2 parents and 5 kids) from the Bay Area. They intend to use the home as their vacation home, as we did. Since they were going to need to furnish it, we were able to negotiate the sale of furniture we had no use for saving us from having to move it and deal with it later. This was a huge savings. We talk with the buyers all the time and they are sharing with us all the enjoyment they are getting from our home, and we have an open invitation to visit anytime we want.
