I have been working with Darlene and the Keenalignment team for the past few years in different capacities, most recently presenting an empowerment experience for our members. I was amazed at how much we could uplift ourselves in a very short time. I came away with a grounded feeling about my own values, and a smile on my face for what others perceive in me. Just finished attending their Ignite Power retreat and am so glad I went. The sessions were empowering and informational, and on top of that it was taken in a beautiful setting, where I was able to unwind, clear my head, and really dig deep.Magi Graziano was an energetic, authentic and passionate speaker -- clearly with a vision to do great things with and for people she crosses path with. There were creative exercises, and also sessions where we discussed things we learn to help us absorb all the knowledge we were introduced to.The retreat was supported by a team of professional, approachable and excellent staff. There were a couple of other speakers there too and everyone felt comfortable in participating. The attendees came from all walks of life and different places and even different countries. Everyone I talked to had a great experience and shared moments of connections. Really glad I signed up for this and am looking forward to other workshops and webinars they have to offer.Id definitely recommend checking them out if you want to learn more about yourself, understand how to work with your own triggers, becoming aware and learning how to navigate around roadblocks we have and become a more effective human being and a leader.

Margaret Magi provided training on effective communication and negotiation to the Mentees in our firms formal 2023 Mentorship program and when I collected feedback from the Mentees at the end of the year they all unanimously agreed that it was one of the best offerings of the program. Several even recommended moving it up in the year to set the appropriate tone for the program from the outset. When the training was complete she then followed up with me to discuss ways that we could adjust in the future to continue to improve the experience, which I found incredibly helpful. We are already discussing having her back out to provide the same training to this years new crop of Mentees as well as expand to include career coaching.

KeenAlignment hosts a womens leadership retreat called Ignite Power. I participated in the 2020 virtual retreat. It was EXACTLY what I needed after all the craziness of the pandemic. The event helped me to realign with my purpose and my goals and I made some very important decisions about what is next in my life on a professional and personal level. Magi was an amazing coach, teacher, and guide through the retreat. All the wonderful ladies who went through the retreat with me were amazing wonderful people, and Im so glad to have them in my network. I cant wait for the next retreat because I will definitely be doing it again.
