Roland worked on my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case for approximately four months. When I first met Roland, I knew very little about the process of declaring bankruptcy, as this was my time doing so. However, during our visit he was extremely professional and answered everything question I had to ask. Additionally, while other attorneys expected me to pay all the fees at once, Roland, was very understanding in allowing me to make two payments, which at that time was very helpful. While working on my petition I forgot to mention that my mother had me as a beneficiary in one of her bank accounts, which eventually led to her having her funds frozen. I became beyond anxious and overwhelmed as I felt I had put my mother’s money at risk. Nonetheless, Roland reassured me that everything was going to be fine as I was entitled to keeping a certain amount of money without it becoming property of the bankruptcy estate. During my court appearance, Roland was there on time and guided me through the entire meeting with the trustee. The trustee asked me to verify all the information on my petition and sure enough, she then told me that my mother’s funds would be released within the next two business days. I was so relieved and eventually my case was discharged about a month after. I would definitely recommend Roland to everyone who is looking for a well-educated, prepared and professional attorney. I actually found Kedikian Bankruptcy Law Firm searching google for BK firms in my area and his came up for Arcadia, CA. Mr. Kedikian and his representatives were very understanding, discreet and professional. They handled my case with efficiency and was very thorough with making sure my documents, personal information and what I had to do during the whole process were met with the courts. All along the way he answered any questions I had promptly and very informatively. I’d highly recommend you give them your business should you ever find yourself requiring the need to file for a bankruptcy. The whole process for me took roughly 3 months time to get a discharge but every individual case will be different and Mr. Kedikian will be able to give you an approximate time frame for your case.

My major concern going into bankruptcy was whether I could trust the legitimacy of any of the several firms that came up in my search. When I finally decided to go with Kedikian Bankruptcy Law, I was not disappointed. Not only did I get a successful discharge, the process was made more bearable by the professionalism shown by everyone at the firm. From returning calls, responding to emails and sending me much needed reminders, everything was like clockwork. I also felt that the fee charged was more than fair. I was even allowed to make payments in installments. At the end of my case the firm sent an email making themselves available for consultation in the event of any developments.
