While I didn’t actually use KC Power Clean my experience with this company was excellent. They were able to fit me in their schedule immediately for a large automotive oil spill. Communication was very efficient. We were able to clean up the spill on our own, without damage to the concrete driveway, so I cancelled the service. They graciously cancelled my appointment and refunded my deposit as well. If I need this sort of service in future I will definitely be contacting them.

Our roof had not been cleaned for 30 years! They responded the same day and were at my house a couple of days later. They did such a great job! We are so impressed by the before and after of our clients roof tiles. They look brand new again. Ivan, the technician, was one of the hardest working people we have ever met! He kept us updated throughout. Because they didnt have anyone else that could work with him due to weight limits walking on these tiles he did the entire job on his own. It took two full days. I will be requesting him for all of our clients jobs when needed!

My pavers were long overdue for a good clean and seal. But finding the right service to care for my substantial investment was daunting at first. Where does the average joe go in search of a concrete/paver cleaning company? Yelp of course! The reviews posted here about KC Power Clean convinced me to take a chance on them. So glad I did. From my first encounter with the scheduling staff, I was impressed by their knowledge and friendliness. I was particularly impressed that they could give me a quote right over the phone based on a few pictures I sent to them by text and the Google Earth app. Evidently, using that app allowed the scheduler to estimate the size of my paver area and give me a quote right then and there! I have to send a special shout out to my service technician, Manny. He contacted me via text 30 minutes before showing up and arrived right on time. After graciously agreeing to help me move several pieces of patio furniture and plants, Manny went right to work. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied. And I was! Great result for a price that was fair and reasonable. An exceptional value. These guys are the bomb! KC Power Clean provided sandblasting to my patio and driveway to remove old stains and paint. They delivered a detailed estimate for the work I had requested. They arrived to do the work in a timely manner, had a very competent staff of technicians. They completed the sandblasting, the clean-up of excess sand, and power washed the entire area (including portions of our neighbors walls, windows and concrete floor areas) so as to leave the area in a clean and tidy condition.The final price was exactly as the estimate had stated and the work completed lived to my expectations. I would very highly recommend KC Power Clean to others needing a thorough clean-ing of their outdoor areas.

We had a budget but didn’t want to skimp on quality and professionalism. KC Power Clean delivered on all those things and happily discussed our service expectations. We worked with Johan and I am so thankful we did because he was professional, hard working and communicative about the service, their progress, and ensured me he was here to answer to questions I may have. Andres the guy that did the job, did an excellent job with our pool.He was not able to remove all the 20 years of sediment on the tile but he did the best he could.I was there all the time and he explained the limitations of the sandblasting and if too much he could damage the tile.We are very happy.By the way, he need new working boots.

Wow! These guys saved me some time. I had some stubborn stains caused by unsealed pavers with mud on them for months. I powerwashed multiple times and finally decided to look for a professional cleaner with a few tricks up their sleeve. Would love to give a 0 star rating if I could. Longer review, but if anyone sees this review of my experience with this company and chooses not to hire KC Power Clean, then I can be happy with that. Essentially, they scammed me out of $3000 and attempted to scam at least another $3000 minimum.We had initially hired KC for their sandblasting service to remove paint from our ceiling. When I first spoke with the sales department and was connected with a senior estimator, I was told that the job should be finished within one day, but to book a second day for spillover work and touch ups, just in case. Sounds good here!I later come home from work and was expecting to see 85%-90% of the ceiling done and that the rest would be finished the following morning; however, to my surprise, I go into the room to inspect and see that not even 30% of the job is completed and the portion that was done was also shoddy work. So then at this point Im calling the company line to find out what happened and why the job was not completed as agreed upon, trying to get a hold of anyone (granted, this was after 6pm that I finally got home so I can see why it was challenging to get someone on the phone). I finally get a hold of someone from the appointments/scheduling department, and all they say is that I was booked for a two day job and said I need to talk to the sales department. Get transferred to sales, talk to someone else who cant provide answers, get put on hold then they hang up. Have to call back and yet another person who only says they have to review the recorded phone calls, cant give more info and we end call.30 minutes later and someone that said he was the senior sales manager calls me to apologize, etc. We get to talking and this is where the customer service really shines! He continues insisting that I agreed to 2 days of work, even though I told him the real issue is that I was told repeatedly by multiple people within their company that the project would only be 1 day of work and thats why I went with them. He then proceeded to not take any responsibility for the people who Id spoken with prior. He said, I dont know why the sales rep told you it would only be a 1 day job. I dont know why the technician would come to the home and tell you it was a 7 hour job. We still have a contract for the second day so we can still get the job done, so I dont know what the problem is. Maybe your wife and brother misheard and misunderstood what the technician was saying. Really?? Way to not have any accountability and take any responsibility at all and even to blame my wife and my brother as the problem in this situation?? He then says, If I had looked at those photos you sent us, I would have told you that it was a 2 day job. Its a no-brainer. Lol okay, so I say, Well thats fantastic, but if I was told it was a 2 day job to begin with, I would not have hired you guys because that would have been more than I wanted to spend on this project. He then insinuates that Im only calling and upset because I cant afford to pay for them to finish the job. He says, Well I dont know why you would sign the contract when it says 2 days, and you cant pay that much for the work. Exceptional customer service, truly.At the end of the day, after two hours of back and forth calling to try and understand what happened, it appears to me that apparently everyone in the company who I didnt have the pleasure of speaking with knew that this was a 2 day job and for some reason Im the only one who was under the impression it was a 1 day job (even though I was told by both the sales estimator and also the technician it was a 1 day job). So I fired them and will be continuing the project with someone trustworthy.Save your money and save yourself the headache. Dont hire KC Power Clean.

The next day Cole called to follow up to ensure results where as we expected and of course they did.The final result were spectacularly beautiful pavers!We could not be happier and highly recommend KC Power Clean. We had a cyclone that blew in the top window into the frame of the house. It was nonstop construction and roof issues so we needed our rain gutters cleaned ASAP before the next storm. They were so responsive and not only came out immediately but hauled away so much construction debris that was clogging the drains. 1. Canceled two consecutive days with no advance notice. My tenants were there waiting and nobody showed up.I had to call at least 6 times to get things moving. The sales people who I spoke with were friendly but were completely unaware of what happened. Huge disconnect between sales, operations, and customer servi,,2. Technician finally shows up on the third appointment and does a subpar job. Left areas unfinished or not even cleaned. Power washed the dirt n mess into the backyard area when it should have been sprayed to the street so it wouldn’t puddle up in the backyard. I had to call multiple times to have him return and rectify the issues. He returned to my property and finished the work satisfactorily.3. On the good side, the people that I spoke to were courteous, understanding, and professional. The sales team followed up as well to see if I was satisfied. However, the amount of aggravation and time I had to spend on the phone with an assortment of people to get a simple power wash done was ridiculous. $300 for a small driveway, front porch and and sidewalk I expected a pristine job with no issues whatsoever

Hired KC to sandblast painted brickwork. Scheduling was easy and the crew arrived on time. Same-day billing and payment was super easy. They spent a good amount of time covering areas not to be sandblasted. The work is noisy and messy, but they do a good job cleaning up after the job is completed. I would recommend hiring them.

I was very happy with my service from KC Power Clean. They provided a quote and a service appointment very quickly, and the service representative arrived on time. We just recently bought this house and it didnt look like the gutters were cleaned in a very long time. The debris was very compacted, and the service representative was thorough in cleaning them out by hand. He also did a really great job cleaning up the yard after the cleaning was completed. KC Power Clean were very responsive and reliable at every stage of our project. We contacted several companies but Daniel at KC Power Clean was the first to respond and provided us with enough information and samples to decide to go with them. Kristen was really amazing because she worked with us every step of the way and sympathized with our concerns that our house faces north and our concrete always seemed wet, so we were concerned the staining of the concrete would not work. She was amazing and had Sam, the project manager, come out and look at our situation and assure us that the stain would take on our walkway. The guys that came out the first day were very professional and worked hard to finish. Mark came out the second day to make sure that the staining and cleaning was performed correctly. He had to do some touch up in a few areas and where a kitty had left a few paw prints overnight. He also sealed the concrete that had been stained. I forgot to mention that they also cleaned our roof of green mold and our side wall as well as our driveway. They all did a great job and I highly recommend them. We scheduled an appointment with this company and the night before I received an email stating it was rescheduled even though the original appointment was confirmed. I called and after speaking with several people I was able to get someone out on the originally scheduled day. When the tech arrived he only had the equipment needed to do half the work. To resolve that issue required multiple calls again back and forth. The end result was that the tech would have to come back the next day. After all of that the work done was horrible!!! The cost was extremely high, the method they use is very harsh on a property. I had them come back out to clean the outside again and it did not help much. I hired KC Power Clean to sandblast a beam in my living room. Half of the beam had been hidden under a soffit for 40 years while the other half had years of paint and faux finishes on it. Our clay tile roof looked pretty bad from one of our trees that dropped its leaves and flowers on the roof. Over the years, the roof turned black.I called KC Power Clean and they were able to provide us with a quote over the phone using Google maps to estimate the size of our roof.Christopher came out and did an awesome job on our roof. KC Power Clean utilizes and app so he could take pictures for us to see. We thought it was just one or two areas of the roof that needed to be cleaned, but there were multiple spots. It was shocking to see how much debris our tree had dropped on our roof over the years.Christopher did a great job and cleaned up before he left, including washing down the house; it was hard to know the mess that came off the roof!I will definitely call them again!
