Kai is very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain to me about different annuities that would fit my situation. It’s rare to find someone knowledgeable as Kai. I also love his YouTube where his wife and him spent time to make very details videos about annuities and retirement plans. The videos are very informative and I enjoyed learning from them. The videos have completely change my perspective about retirement and that’s the reason I reached out to them. After the first meeting, I feel comfortable to work with him and his company. I know that I could trust him to find what best for my retirement. Highly recommended Kai and his company!

My husband and I were impressed with Kai’s in-depth knowledge of annuities and his willingness to explain the process of buying an annuity at our first meeting. Kai didn’t try to sell us anything but instead he spent time to make sure that we understood how annuity can help us live a better life in retirement.

Kai and team take time to understand the needs of prospects and they inform and educate you on the topic if needed, and propose the best solutions. There is no sales pressures and no rush.I recommend all interested parties to see their you tube videos so you are prepared to ask the right relevant questions.

Mr. Kai is very knowledgeable in Annuities. I get to know Mr.Kai through his Youtube channel, it is a great source of information for Annuities. He guided our family in one-on-one sessions with fixed annuity product. Highly recommend to talk to him, if you are in market looking for Annuities. Thank you, Mr.Kai!

I would have to say that I had an A+ visit with Kai. He was kind enough to accommodate my request to visit with him even though he has other very qualified staff who do what I was calling about. The education I received from KCIIS videos and talking with Kai has been top-notch and uplifting. These topics are not taught in schools and I’m fortunate to be able utilize these strategies before for my retirement.

Excellent instruction via YouTube and follow up zoom sessions. Kai and Ann are honest professionals with teachable approach rather than pushy sales tactics. I’d highly recommend them only after you’ve listened to their online videos along with conducting your own due diligence.
