Kaveh and his team were amazing to work with. I really appreciated the fact that Kaveh was so attentive to understanding what my lending needs were, especially as I needed to buy the second home before selling the first one and wanted to make sure there was an easy payback structure. Kaveh has a wide network of lenders and he was able find multiple lending solutions with attractive rates despite the current economic landscape and he helped us close on time (25 days!) despite summer holidays and vacation slowdowns. Kaveh and his team (Dawn) were so responsive, on top of everything and we are really happy with where we landed with our loans. Kaveh and team were amazing.First of all, getting a traditional mortgage was not straightforward for me due my ownership stakes in a business. After going through a number of mortgage brokers, Kaveh was recommended by a friend. Kaveh was able to find a program that still enabled me to go through a conventional mortgage. I just closed on my home and Kaveh and his team made the process extremely easy! Everything was done via Doc-U-Sign which was advantageous to me during work hours. Kaveh was also always available for any questions or concerns I had and was very quick to get documents completed. To top it off, when we hit a snag that was not foreseen on the lender side, Kaveh and his team had a second lender ready to take over in the wings. That is what I call diligence!!! I will ABSOLUTELY be refinancing with Kaveh when the rates drop and can 100 percent recommend him without question!!!

Kaveh and his team were fantastic to work with. I was referred to him by my brother who said hes the best in the business, and he was not wrong. I got my house refinanced for a much lower rate. Kaveh and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and found solutions to potential roadblocks. It really helps to have an experienced Mortgage officer like Kaveh to help you with your home purchase or refinance. In my refinance, there were lots of moving pieces to the puzzle and at times it seemed that things would not move forward- but they did. Kaveh worked with me and made it happen, and I am extremely grateful to his team for their hard work. To everyone out there looking to either a) refinance or b) purchase a home, your first call should be Kaveh (not your realtor!). I would absolutely use Kavehs services again.

We financed and refinanced with Kaveh and his team. I enjoy the fact that they respond very quickly and provided thorough details. When you are making a decision you don’t want to be waiting around for answers. They also do a great job keeping you informed on where you are in the process. We were able to refinance during a shelter in place and other than signing 15 minutes of paperwork on our front porch, we were able to complete the entire process electronically. I had used Kavehs services for refinancing my home more than six years ago and I had a very positive experience. When time came to start thinking about purchasing a property, it didnt even occur to me to shop around. I trusted that I was going to receive not only the best service but will be dealing with a trustworthy individual with high level of integrity who was going to offer me the best rate possible. We started the conversation about six months prior to me actually finding and purchasing a new property and he was very transparent about my options and best timing to make a purchase. Kaveh and Nest Mortgage helped us in a bind.My husband and I had been strung along by Quicken Loans for more than 3 week and were at risk of getting our offer rejected, even though we were the highest price.Within a couple of days of working with Kaveh, we were able to get true visibility on our rate and understand our financing options.If youre currently reading this and youre planning to use QL, this review is for you. QL isnt enough to be competitive in the bay area market and I know other local couples who had trouble closing with QL. Call Kaveh / Nest Mortgage so your pre-approval letter is stronger, to get a more confident COE date, work with local appraisers*, and get proper phone time and questions answered.*not an expert - but this is what I understood was a benefit with working with a more local mortgage broker.
