Pejman and Maryam are incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, their guidance was invaluable; they didnt just act as agents but felt like family, genuinely caring about my concerns. They made everything seamless for me, taking turns handling negotiations, securing the best offer, and liaising with all parties involved. I rarely write reviews but I was compelled to write one about Katrin and Maryam because I know the search for the right real estate agent can be quite challenging especially with so many to choose from in the Los Angeles area. As in any business, it’s about the money, but unlike many of my dealings with other agents, Katrin and Maryam put their client’s needs before the money signs and naturally that’s what contributes to their success . It’s a winning situation on all sides. They have never rushed me, pushed me, or made me feel it’s just about getting a deal done so that they could move on to the next big deal. In fact they continue to work whole-heartedly until they are assured that any decision is in my best interest. Their patience and loyalty is unmatched. I had Mrs. Maryam look for a property for me. She knew all my priorities. Regarding schools in the area, my budget etc. She went above and beyond my expectations. She found a great location that fit my criteria, negotiated the best deal. The best thing I like about her is she was always available to answer all my annoying questions. I have been a customer with Maryam and Katrin for about 5 years now and I think I will be for the rest of my life, They have not only been my real estate agent, they have become my go to person for anything related to my properties, they have rented my house and apartments when needed, and they make recommendations and help you with every step of the way, they have introduced me to contractors and even help with negotiating, they keep their eye on the market pales and tell me when it’s time to buy and or sale, according to learning about my mindset .
