My fiancé and I were referred to Kathy by my aunt and uncle when we began our search for our first home. As first time homebuyers, most of the lingo and processes were foreign to us, but Kathy explained things to us in a way we could easily understand. She is very professional as well as personable, and made our home buying process as smooth as it could’ve gone. We never felt forced or rushed to buy any homes we didn’t like, even if it had nine out of ten items we liked. She definitely met our needs and presented us with homes that aligned with our search criteria. She was also prompt and clear with her communication, which we appreciated very much. We ended up purchasing a new build in Yucaipa. There were delays with the closing process and final move in date which caused frustration; however, Kathy supported us with information and helped facilitate the closing by communicating with us and the builder. We worked with Kathy on our recent moved from Ohio to California. She was amazingly patient, help us with the different areas of town. When we flew out to look at homes, she spent 3 full days with us looking at different styles, and different areas of town. At the end of it all, we were able to put a bid on our home. Kathy was so helpful every step of the way. She was knowledgeable about all things real estate, and even the subtle differences between California and the midwest. She was a great partner through the inspection, and every other step of the home buying process. We wholeheartedly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

Kathy was amazing to work with during our home-selling process! She met with us before listing our property to go over details and timing as well as to explain paperwork. She also gave great tips for making our property shine during the photoshoot she had done. Timing from photoshoot, to listing, to open house, to our home being sold was literally one week and Kathy was super communicative throughout. I would definitely recommend her!

Our dear friends recently sold their first home with Kathy as their realtor and then had Kathy work with them on purchasing their replacement property. We first spoke with Kathy about a year ago. At that time, we decided to wait and not list our home for sale.Recently, we made the decision to sell our home and spoke with Kathy again. Prior to meeting with Kathy, we met with another agent. The first agent suggested a price for our property “as-is” of $599,000, and felt that if we wanted to get a higher price, we would have to remodel and put significant work into the home.After meeting with Kathy and going over an in-depth analysis, Kathy suggested that we list the home at a price that was 13.5% higher. Kathy’s team created fantastic marketing, held one open house and within the first week we had multiple offers. We actually went into escrow at a sales price almost 20% higher. Because we worked with Kathy and relied upon her experience, we ended up making over $100,000 more than we first expected. We are so grateful for Kathy’s help and would highly recommend her.
