I had called them to get a quote. Spoke to Alberta, she is very sweet, courteous and knowledgeable. Although they couldnt give me a quote that beats the price I had at hand, Alberta made every effort, without any pressure whatsoever, just ensuring that I got all the details I needed, even after knowing that I wasnt going to go with them. I have had State Farm agents all over the country and this is by far the best office! Before I moved to California I called ahead to clarify some things and Alberta answered all my questions quickly and was extremely friendly, so much so that i still have her in my phone as Alberta very friendly. Alberta is very thorough and helped me get dozens of itemized personal property insured correctly. Which was very time consuming! Kathy helped me get a mustang insured quickly when the policy expired during a move. Honestly I havent found a new State Farm agency with as much competence and compassion as this group. Its probably the only thing I miss about CA. Trust me, you want them as your insurance agency!

This group has been our agent for a number of years now. Rates are very reasonable, but more importantly, they are very responsive and remain in contact with us, their client as necessary to keep us informed and up to date. They follow up with us so we don’t have to remember to follow up with them. With our previous provider, we had to input everything ourselves about our home and found out later that we would not have been adequately covered had something happened. Our agent with State Farm Alberta walked us through everything and now we have the coverage that we would need if God forbid something happened. Since day one, each and every request I had was answered professionally, and quickly. There has always been follow up service, but never any push to buy something I didnt understand, or possibly didnt need. Kathy Krohn’s team has been our insurance provider for over 20 years now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences over the years. Throughout all my vehicle changes, homeownership, having children and getting married, Kathy and her team have always went above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I don’t feel that they are there just to sell insurance they are there to help us through our lives. I have vehicle, homeowners, life insurance, boat insurance, and an umbrella policy through State Farm. Even when I was rear ended by a distracted driver a couple years ago they helped guide me through the process which I was very unfamiliar with and made it much more pleasant experience. This insurance office is always friendly and professional. I was involved in a fender bender that was not my fault. There was no damage to my car but the other party claimed significant personal injury. Kathy could have just paid it and raised my insurance cost. But they did a very good investigation and denied the other parties claim.Going that extra mile has my continued business

Kathy is a hero; our small family owned business has been trying to put together a simple retirement plan for our employees for several years. We have been turned away by a couple of companies and a couple of other companies just dropped the ball and stopped calling us back. We understand there is not a great financial gain for anyone setting up this plan due to the size of the contributions. Kathy went above and beyond and got our retirement plan in place. We are so grateful for this. When I first started talking to Kathy about putting this together my husband told me there is no way this will happen stating his previous experiences trying to get this going. Kathy was kind enough to meet with us outside of our business hours and she went the extra mile to make this happen.
