Kathleen is the BEST mortgage lender Ive ever worked with, and shes been my lender for multiple properties in different cities. Not only does she have the best rate, but she is looking out more for her clients interests more than for her own which is incredibly rare in this industry. She is extremely knowledgeable and even previously worked as a real estate agent for half her life so she knows the ins and outs of every part of the home purchase process. Kathleen is also extremely compassionate and calming presence to speak to, just talking to her will lessen any anxiety I have. She is a rare breed, an incredible individual, and a true expert at her craft. Love her.

I am so lucky to have found Kathleen Beck. I recently refinanced my mortgage through Kathleen. She was awesome. What I liked best about her is that you actually speak directly with Kathleen not with an assistant. She answered EVERY question I had in a timely fashion. She returned my calls the day I called her. She truly is the best. I have worked with many lenders and I have never experienced the type of customer service that Kathleen provided to me. She was able to get my refinance done in three weeks. She is my lender for life!

I was shopping around for lenders several months before the purchase of the property, I needed the loan to close fast after the offer was accepted, and I wanted the best rate and terms possible. I called many lenders, and was impressed with Kathleen Becks calm and thorough answers to all my questions. I had actually told Kathleen that I had decided on another lender, and she was very understanding. When things did not work out with the other lender I called Kathleen. We closed the loan in 25 days with a great rate, and better terms then she had quoted! When I informed my title company that Kathleen was my loan officer the title company mentioned that I was lucky to be working with Kathleen, and that they had always liked working with her. During the loan process we needed to modify the purchase agreement and Kathleen facilitated this with ease. Kathleen is very patient, and seems to really care about her clients interests. I recommend her with confidence.

This was our second house purchase with Kathleens help and once again Kathleen was an all-star! She got us a tremendous rate, helped us through a highly expedited closing, and made the whole process as painless as possible. Kathleen is awesome and she held my hand when I bought my house five years ago. Recently, I was looking to refinance my home into a 15-year loan with a lower interest rate so I knew who I was going to call.She got me the terms I wanted and the turn around time was amazing. She is the greatest when you want somebody on your side fighting for you to get you qualified for a loan and a good loan with a low-interest rate. Kathleen will go the extra mile for you when it comes to fixing something on your credit report so that it looks clean. She will fight hard and will work with any realtor when it comes to buying a house. My husband and I both appreciated the hard work she did for us and she will do the same for you if you let her. I found Kathleen Beck through yelp which had nothing but good reviews about the fantastic work she had done for other people and how she was honest and trustworthy which in my book are two very good qualities to have in a person. Kathleen is professional, attentive, and knows her business. She is very responsive and I loved being able to work directly with her. She is smart and has options to choose the loan that best suits your needs. The loan package she offered was so outstanding that Wells Fargo told me they couldnt beat her rates. From start to finish we closed on our home purchase in less than 30 days. Shes amazing and you wont go wrong choosing her.

Throughout our home buying experience Kathleen was amazing. From the start of helping us get financially ready and setting out a plan, she laid the path to our home owning success. I was a loan officer myself many years ago, so I made sure I did my research before choosing Kathleen as our loan officer. I made the right choice! We used my wifes VA for the first time and Kathleen knew her stuff. We were in contract a couple times, she was very patient and she was uber responsive, very knowledgable and because we went to rival colleges we had so much fun razzing each other often.
