I bought a 2001 Monaco Executive from this place in November of 2022 apparently i forgot to leave a review.... Doug, Robert and all the rest of the people i dealt with was very refreshing after the disaster of a search trying to find a coach that was even remotely close to what was described, my main concern was finding a non-water damaged coach, with no delamination and non peeling paint, They were very honest in the description of the coach in the many phone calls before driving 6hrs to inspect it. The coach was a bit rough on all the house systems but not once did they try to force me into a purchase, i left a deposit, they did a full dot inspection and house inspection and fixed everything i wanted fixed, discounted for the systems that i wanted to repair myself. made the motorhome road worthy with new tires etc, had some issues on the pickup date but i also rushed them, They made this purchase about as good as i could of hoped for buying a 22yr old motorhome. Thank you to all that i talked and dealt with at this business. Other people should take lessons from them of how to operate a rv dealership. ive made 6k miles of amazing memories in this coach already with my family, I remolded the inside, installed 1200watts of solar, massive lithium battery system and alot of other upgrades. Hope for the best for this business, Honest people are hard to find now days

Ive had two experiences here and I would rate it truthfully a 2.5, the only reason I gave a three was because David was the best part about this company. The first time my husband and I went, the sales guy was very pushy, trying to get a sale that day and he even brought in the manager who was trying to sell us a trailer we honestly werent happy about, which is something that upset me as this was going to be a full-time home for us, and I wanted to feel good about this purchase. I felt off going back but wanted to give them a second chance. The second time, we went with my parents as they were looking to purchase a motorhome as well. David was phenomenal, he showed us many options in our price range. Keep in mind they charge a $2,500 consignment fee/deposit to secure it on top of your down payment. I do like that they are very thorough with the inspections and David was very knowledgeable, BUT management does not value you as a customer and they only care about getting a sale. Financing didnt work out for my parents on the coach they picked out and they told KARV they would like to keep in touch and would be back when they purchase again as it was inevitable for them, and as a saleswoman myself, I would rather keep good ties with my customer even if it didnt work out because things always change and I have made sales off referals from them, but KARV told them that they want to cut ties because he lost a lot of money on the sale. I feel like that is extremely unprofessional to say to someone, and as I already had a bad taste in my mouth from them the first time, this really solified it. They not only lost one customer, but another, and I will never reccomend this place to anyone I know. They have potential to be good, the selection of rvs/motorhomes are nice, but at the end of the day the management does not value customers, only his paycheck.

KARV was pretty terrific overall. They had an RV we wanted, we negotiated a good price. KARV was very honest and fair. They were willing to store our new acquisition for about 3 weeks at no charge and put up with us coming out every other day and asking a lot of questions and hanging out at the service lot. JC, Danny, Dave and Dawn were very helpful. A week before I was going to pick it up, I asked John if they could do a schedule B maintenence (not fully understanding what that entailed). I sent him a list of what I thought it was, and he himed and hawed and stopped returning my calls. Anyway, I hired a mobile guy to do an oil change, and he came the day we were supposed to take the RV. Since the rig had been sitting on their windy lot for 3 weeks, I asked if they could wash it down. Dawn said shed have to talk with John. Again, he was a no show. It just left me a little down.

Not the best experience. Our brand new RV came with a few issues that they either neglected catch upon inspection or disclose. They made it so difficult to schedule the repairs that we didn’t bother.They also sent our title to the wrong address and since we paid in cash, we are SOL on getting the title and have to drive back to California from Oregon with the trailer because of their error. This is especially frustrating after we received verbal and written confirmation they would not send the title to the old address.

Great experience. Carlos, John and the team at KARV were helpful and knowledgeable. We found a great rig and they got it to us fast. We shopped other dealers in the Coachella Valley and would not recommend any of them. The walk through with Dave was a bonus class in how to operate a fifth wheel - he knew everything. They arranged for delivery and that was an outstanding experience as well. Professional and fair. We absolutely love our camper! We can recommend KARV without hesitation.

We consigned our 2017 Rockwood 5th Wheel in early December to KARV. I found their business on the internet and gave them a call. I spoke to John, and towed my trailer down to their lot the next day. I dealt with John, and owners Robert and Brandon. Everyone was professional and friendly. They had the trailer sold for a very good price in about 2 months. They paid off my loan and I reimbursed them. They took only 20% off the top, and took care of all refurbishment that the trailer needed. And we made out at least $5000 better than if we had sold it to Giant or Camping World. They have my highest recommendation!! And I think KARV would be a good place to buy a good RV at a fair price.

I had looked up RVs and stumbled upon KARV. Online prices were reasonable and they had good inventory so my brother and I went to check them out. My brother called as we were on the way and spoke to John, he then received a follow up call from Carlos who let us know he would help us when we got there. Their customer service and knowledge were beyond superior. They were attentive and left no questions unanswered. BEST buying experience Ive ever had. We wanted to share our experience with Douglas and all the staff at KARV. We had been looking for the right motorhome for a couple of months when we met Douglas. We looked at a RV and it just wasnt the right fit for our family and thought back to the drawing board again. A day later Douglas called and found the perfect RV for us. The motorhome is perfect. We had already had a pre approved loan but the staff at KARV secured us a better loan at a 1 percent lower rate. There were a few little things that we wanted fixed on this RV and the staff made sure everything was addressed for us. Very professional staff and I would recommend Douglas at KARV to anyone who is looking for that perfect RV.I wanted to write this update on our RV purchase. Probably the biggest nightmare anyone can have after buy an RV is that they dont stand behind what they said they would do. Well I am happy to report that has not been the case with Karv. We have had little issues with our purchase and every time we have had an issue it has been addressed as promised. I great addition to their team has been Dave who has taken over running there repair operation. This guy is amazing. He has followed up with us even when he didnt need to and has been a truthful communicator with both us and the owners. The result is we are very happy with our purchase and recommend Karv to anyone looking for a used RV. Again thank you to everyone that has made this an amazing experience.

We spent the good part of a Saturday afternoon with Carlos at KA RV looking at a Prevost bus. While we’re generally familiar with them, each one is unique. This one was no exception and Carlos, along with John, helped us to explore and understand the specific features of this unit in a no pressure environment. While we decided that this bus wasn’t the right one for us, we would definitely opt to work with KA RV in the future. We are extremely happy with the Beautiful motor home, service and all dealings with KARV. We have now been on three camping trips with the RV we purchased from them and everything on the RV works perfectly! Everyone at KARV is so helpful and they told us before we left the lot to call them anytime If we have any questions or concerns and we’ve had a lot of them because we are such Newbies! I have to say they are awesome! They have always called us back within a reasonable amount of time if they missed our call. My husband and love them so much for all their help and concern for us to have a wonderful experience on our adventures. Consignment was a really scary idea for selling my camper. But after several months of trying to sell it myself, I had zero to no interest at all. So I started researching consignment companies. I tried all local camper dealerships with no luck. All of them seemed scretchy and the way they handle consignment gave them no incentive to get the best price for the camper. I was pretty much over trying consignment when out of the blue I got an email from KARV who saw my listing on a sales site. After I read through the email and checked out their web site, I decided to give them a call. I will be honest at first I still had doubts but my doubts were all gone once I stoped by there dealership. I ended up trailering my fifth wheel to them the following day. Not even a week later they had an interested buyer and I gave them the go ahead to sell it. I was in control of the sale, and once I gave the go ahead, they handled everything. To include pay off of my loan and everything else for the new owner. they don’t charge storage fees and they are upfront on their percentages rates for the sale of the camper. They are so friendly and honest and I’m so happy to have worked with them in selling my camper.

Me, my wife, our 2 dogs and 2 cats were staying at an rv resort in DHS and their power blew out and wasn’t fixed for 3 days. Our power cord to our RV blew as well because of the issue. So on a Sunday during 115 degree weather conditions we drove to 4 different places and nobody had it in stock until we called Brandon at KARV! We were in a dire emergency and he loaned us a power cord overnight until we could get one Monday morning. I don’t know what we would have done, as no hotels would accept us with cats, and the heat was unbearable. Brandon saved my family that day we will always be grateful. Hi everyone ! We were looking for an RV. A 40 diesel pusher. We knew what we wanted, champagne taste on a beer budget! We had visited numerous RV Dealers in SoCal and the salesmen would laugh! We had a 10 item RV requirment, things we wanted. All the dealers kept pushing us into $300k motorhomes to meet our requiements. That was just way too much $ for us. We started looking at private party sales with no luck. Then we were refered to KARV in the desert just 5 miles from our home. There we met John a salesman. I told him my requirements, now a wish list, thinking I could never get all these things with our budget. He said NO Problem! Wow he really wanted to help. He showed us a couple of used models that were on consignment . One of them had EVERYTHING on our list! And it was in our budget! We ended up purchasing a 2007 Holiday Rambler with 43k miles! This RV was Cherry ! I know cars very well and know what to look for in a used vehicle. The price was right on Blue Book. We met the owner of KARV, Brandon, and all the other great guys that work there. Jeff was awesome with the financing. So this may be a small dealership but they carry quality RVs and are patient and walk you through the purchase process. I want to refer all of you out there who are in the market for an RV. Their inventory changes constantly . They are located in a prime resort area where RVers vacation and end up buying a permanent home then consign their RV.

Just bought a 34 ft. Dolphin from the guys at KARV the are helpful and really patient. They answered all my questions and were willing to get the seller to negotiate the price. This dealer is definitely one to look at if you are looking to buy a motorhome or travel trailer if you are tired of dealing with clingy salesmen. At this dealership you can come in and look around without being attacked by salesmen who want your phone number and address almost immediately.They were also good about getting my motorhome financed and made the whole buying process very easy and pleasant.

We decided to consign our RV to avoid the hassle of selling it ourselves. KARV was the only dealer that would include all the extras that we added such as the track bars, solar, inverter, top of the line AGM deep cycle batteries etc. in the “Market Value”. Others just gave “their” retail or wholesale value without our extras. What is more surprising is that they knew what the extra components functions were. It sold the first day and closed shortly after. Their commission was very fair and they even made some necessary repairs for no extra charge. We couldn’t be happier. They did all the paper work, paid off our loan, DMV and even the smog certification a true one stop shop.

I recently purchased a travel trailer from KARV and was given the tour by JC who had a great attitude and took the time to show me everything I asked about. JC and Robert made the rest of the process easy and I felt like they really had my best interest in mind. JC made sure I was taken care of until the end. I would recommend buying from this lot as they have a family vibe for sure!
