This place is the one to come for if you need off-road parts. There are to many things to put on here that they have. I usually come here for miscellaneous parts need for work or shock seals when I do shock services. Definitely worth checking out. Prices are competitive. Only was able to take a few pictures

Needed some misalignment spacers ASAP. Called King and they suggested I reach out to Kartek. Kartek had what i needed and despite me calling later in the day, they had the parts shipped out via UPS 3 Day and I received them 2 days later all the way on the east coast. Needed to rebuild the master cylinders on my sand rail, the manufacturer CNC went out of business and I couldnt find any rebuild kits. Called Kar Tec and they had already found another supplier that has the kits for the CNC cylinders.

Outstanding service!I emailed them to check they had what I wanted in stock and I told them I needed the part urgently (bear in mind Im in England, not the USA). They replied instantly confirming stock levels so I placed the order through the website on Tuesday. DHL attempted delivery on the Friday. 3 DAYS LATER!! On the other side of the Atlantic! I was out so I didnt actually get it until the following Tuesday, but even then it was less than a week. Amazing, and even with shipping and taxes, actually cheaper than buying the same part over here, if anywhere even had it in stock, that is.

I ordered online and was contacted to let me know one of my items is on back order. My project is very time sensitive ... and they had the only parts that would work. I started to panic a little and called to find out if they had an alternative suggestion. The only alternative was 4x the price and made of a material that wouldnt work out for what I was doing. Then came Brad... he was simply OUTSTANDING!!! He even offered me the part number for another company so I could complete my project which is way above and beyond amazing customer service! Before I could even order the part... he called me back to let me know he may have found the part at his partner company and was going to see if he could drive over the the next day to verify. Great products, lacking in the shipping department. Takes a few days to ship, no provisions for shipment calculations (its 2020. They figured this out 15 years ago) got a paypal message requesting shipment payment as opposed to an actual email notification. Went in just for a set of wheel spacers after 4 wheel parts wanted to argue with me on my vehicles lug pattern. they had them in stock, would have Been in and out within 15 mins or so but they have so many extra parts it’s hard to not look around and see what you may need. When I ordered parts from this company I specifically went to their website to get their part numbers for them as I didn’t have room for mistakes. I asked if parts could go out Monday so they could arrive Tuesday and I was told no problem. I got my parts Wednesday night. My packing slip had the right part numbers but my parts were wrong. The part number didn’t match the packing slip. I called Thursday to have the error corrected and asked that the replacement parts be overnighted so I would receive them Friday. Here it is Saturday and I still have no parts. I called and got two things. Attitude and “not my department”. Never ordering from these clowns again. Beware.

Ill be the first to admit that Im new to off roading and still learning about my vehicle. With that said its disappointing to be disregarded and told inaccurate information. Asked tech if he would be able to check the size of heim joints I needed. He came outside, didnt even look at the part I was showing him (which after a little research after the fact I found out was the drag link) and told me that it was the tie rod end and they dont have heim joints for those (which i find hard to believe since its not uncommon to change out tie rod ends with heim joints) Suggested I go to auto zone for new tie rod ends. Turns out my tie rod ends are fine, but you can change them out for heim joints, and what I actually need is the drag link bushings. That guy blew me off because either Im female or not as educated in off road stuff as he thinks I should. Will NEVER shop there.

I didnt realized I had called on a day the shop was closed. Regardless, someone picked up and I asked my question. Unfortunately they didnt carry what I need. Still, I asked a couple of other questions about similar products I may consider. The guy was great and helped answer most of my questions. If you have an offroad race car you will inevitably need parts for it. Kartek has a huge inventory of parts and the majority of the staff are very competent when it comes to making part number recommendations. If you have never been there before the counters are sort of divided up into different specialties. Rather than describe the entire store layout I will just recommend that you select either the Buggy or Truck department based on your needs. Each has staff that sort of specialize in those different types of vehicles. Sylvester in Trucks is super helpful (and knowledgeable) and Dave in Buggies are my Go To guys.

All my racing friends have been telling me to order my from Kar Tek, so I decided to give them a try and order some cv grease. Unfortunately for both of us, they sent me the wrong grease, and I do not plan on missing riding this weekend so Im going to use it. Bought a set of rims from these guys found out I didnt need them returned them before the 7 days and they charged me $61 for a restocking fee this place is a rip off just ripping off the little guy all you had to do is walk the rims over to the window where they were sitting before $61 I couldnt believe it so be careful what you buy here make sure you need it cuz youre going to get a restocking fee if you want to return anything
