Karina Pacific is fantastic. If you choose her to sell your home you will be very impressed. Starting from our initial consultation with her we were very impressed with her energy and ideas. After signing with her she was off and running quickly. She set a target date to sell the home, stuck with it and kept us on on schedule. We had a very cluttered home to clean and prepare for sale and with her assistance we did it very quickly. Karinas ideas on what to update to freshen up the house were spot on and not too pricey. She knew exactly what to update and what could be left as is. She had tradesmen all in line and ready to go with our approval so there was no need for us to hunt contractors down, she gave us several options and different bids.We did not live in the South Bay area and had to do much of this over the phone. Since Karina lives and works right in the area she was able to coordinate all of this for us and really went over and above with marketing efforts, determining the exact perfect price to list the property at and making us feel extremely comfortable and trusting throughout the process.
