An amazing experience overall. From the open house to the escrow closing, she was there and helpful every step of the way. Very knowledgeable about the industry, and she very much cares that you get into the home that is right for you.And she isnt just there for the buying process either. She has helped communicating, and coordinating with contractors for work that the home needs after the close of escrow.If you want a realtor that has your best interests in mind, and will go the extra mile to ensure that the home-buying process goes as smoothly as possible, look no further. If I ever buy a home again Kara will be the first person I call!

My husband and I had lots of questions going into buying our first home. Kara went above and beyond to answer all of them, help us understand the process, and prioritize our wants/needs. She was very organized from introduction through close of sale, with many tours and offers in between. We are so excited to be in our new home and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking, especially new buyers.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kara as my real estate agent for many years, and I must say that her service has been consistently amazing. We were very fortunate to end up with Kara as our realtor as she guided us through the home buying process from beginning all the way to getting our keys! As first time home buyers, we were very cautious of every step since we didn’t know what we didn’t know! Kara is very professional, extremely knowledgeable about every area & aspect of the process, and a master negotiator! Kara was able to skillfully receive, on our behalf, sellers’ credits towards our costs for closing, repairs, & solar! We didn’t know if Kara was working with other clients because she made us feel that her focus, time & energy was solely on us! Kara took the time to educate us & made us feel comfortable & confident about any decision we needed to make every step of the way. Let me start this by saying that Kara is more than a 5 star rating. She is just simply amazing. She is very professional, an expert in her field, has all the much needed connection, strategies and highly effective and efficient in everything that she does. We just completed our house purchase with her help, this went quite smooth and easy despite the very complex realty market at this time. Kara and her team is just so great to work with. I just wish that I could give more stars. Selling a house is stressful not matter how experienced you are but Kara truly made the entire experience much less stressful. She was recommended by a very dear friend who has moved 8 times in the last 15 years and has bought and sold around 17 homes. She said that Kara was by far the best realtor that she has ever worked with and I have to agree.She was helpful, reliable and honest.Her suggestions were right on. If we needed recommendations for work to be done, she had that too but was not pushy, just there to serve.She did everything by the book so you didnt have to worry about any future potential lawsuits.I would give Kara Courtney the highest recommendation possible!

If youre looking for a realtor, look no further. Kara is such an amazing realtor. We were first time home buyers and she made the process very easy. She made sure that we understood the buying process, especially since we were using our VA loan. She is very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. She looked at EVERYTHING when she showed us houses and made sure nothing was overlooked.We didnt live locally, so it everything was done virtually. We did make one visit and had gotten our 1st offer accepted but we decided not to through with it as the house had many repairs to be done. We put in an offer for another home and it got accepted.. it was THE one. Kara made sure everything was perfect. She communicated very well with us and the listing agent and was able to negotiate more than what we had expected.Kara was very flexible, working with our work schedules and communicated us throughout the whole process. Her and her team are very hardworking and truly care for their clients. It wasnt just about selling a home, it was about making sure we were happy in our forever home.
