Ive had a lot of experience with this company. Walter, the service person, is always the one who is dispatched. Hes a great pro, and I appreciate the fact that they send the same person as you get to know them. He is always punctual, thorough, and honest, and he does not try to sell me something I do not require. Sends pictures of the work that has been completed as well as what is of concern. They come highly recommended from me!

It was a hot day and my AC at my business stopped working all the sudden. Search on Yelp and found few companies that offered to come fix it. After talking to few companies, Nick at Kan Service Heating and air conditioning was very polite and he offered to come take a look with no pressure. At first we thought it was the thermostat since it was very old so we have them changed to Nest. Then we found out that motor at the AC unit also not working. Nick goes out his way to find a motor replacement on the same day and came back after hour to finish the job. Now the AC working great. it would have been a disaster had the until not being fixed that night since we have a private event planned the next day and it was very hot. We really appreciate the service and Nick’s professionalism. It wasnt easy to find the company you can fully trust nowadays but Im glad we found Nicks company. The price was also reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Nick is very nice and professional to speak to. We were able to get a timely appointment. We were told $150 for routine maintenace of heater & ac and Mr. Nick sent us a text of what it includes (which we did not read). Our concerns started when he spent a total of 28min on our property and then left to email an estimate of services needed including a new heater for $8000. When we called to review, we asked Nick if $150 we paid for routine maintenance included filter change and/or cleaning of sensors, and Nick said no to both.So we decided to reach out to another vendor. This other vendor charged us $140 for routine maintenance, was also nice and professional but also more informative on phone in comparison to Mr. Nick. This other vendor arrived timely as well and was on our property for a total of 1hr 58min, he changed 2 filters, he cleaned flame sensor, he changed old wiring and replaced a small hose which was chewed out by smaller animals, all included in the same $140. This vendor said the heater & ac are working fine and to consider routine maintenance twice a year instead of yearly.We decided to reach out to a 3rd vendor for a different property. This 3rd vendor charged $170 for routine maintenace of both heater & ac. Professional group and timely appt. Two people arrived for this visit, they spend a total of 2hrs and 10min, they connected more wires for testing (compared to the other two vendors), as well as clean the sensors, even checked connections of ducts at bends (they were really detailed), for the ac they hosed it down, connected wires to check pressures and freon levels, the they opened it up actually went inside the ac unit and cleaned out the leaves, etc, all included in the $170.Given our experience above, we dont know why Kan Heating has so many 5-star reviews, it is definitely misleading. We definitely would not go back to Kan Heating.

Nick gets 5 stars! Quick and efficient. Clearly knowledgeable in his field. Quick fix and detailed explanations. I deducted one star because I would have preferred a better scheduling system so that I could plan better. However, dispatch and all employees were extremely helpful.

We love this company !! We have needed help with our AC twice this year . Our first tech was Nick and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, fixed the main issue and told us we would need some follow up work . Bring on triple digits and we needed help yesterday ! This company is amazing . I was trying to go through home warranty company and they were not going to be able to send anyone out for a week . That is not even an option living in Arizona ! Call Kan service and they were at my home less than 2 hours after my call . Very thorough and informative . KAN Service does a terrific job of ensuring our systems are running efficiently . We called on Saturday morning when our heat wouldnt come on, and they were able to get us a same day appointment . Because they needed to order a part, they werent able to fix it on the same day, but when the part came in 3 days later, they were right out to get it installed and we were up and running . I want to give a special shoutout to our technician, Nick . Duct cleaning was good but he stripped the power of the Furnace . He said the supervisor is gonna call but no one did . I called Kan Service back and they quickly dispatched another tech who fixed it in a few mins . Overall, a great service provided . Small hiccup but quickly taken care by them . Now we getting some burning smell . Will see if it stays everytime heat is ON or if it goes away .

My furnace started making loud noises and stopped working and kan service was out within a few hours to check things out . nick quickly identified the draft induction motor as the cause and showed me the broken part . Not only did he provide me with an option to have kan services source and replace the broken part, he showed me how I could do it myself and provided some guidance on replacement furnaces if I wanted to go that route .
