Took much older salsa rapido to them for a stuck crankset and needing my brake line shortened. The tech that worked on it think it was Forrest, was very professional, honest and very careful in working on my bike. In the process of shortening the brake line a mechanics worst nightmare happend the banjo bolt for it broke. A lot of shops would of just made customers deal with it and or spend money to fix the issue. Without hesitation he just grabbed a spare caliper they had on hand that ended up being an upgrade and put it on the bike and didnt charge me anything for it. Cant say enough thanks to them for taking such good care of me and my bike.

We brought in a 20-inch Specialized bike for repair due to a broken front brake. The young gentleman in the store, Forest, quickly assessed the damage, grabbed a tool and fixed it in minutes.We were stoked! Thank you Forest for the excellent service & quick K-Man repair. Also thanks for equipping us with some fun bike bells to go with our bikes.I highly recommend K-Man Cyclery for bike repairs and accessories.

Every time I go in there I’m happy when I leave. Whether it’s getting our kids a bike or getting some parts, or even just asking a question about something that isn’t working correctly, they are so helpful. Today for example I was riding my bike back to my truck that was getting an oil change and the hand switch for the rear derailleur wasn’t working. He knew exactly what was going on, sprayed some cleaner in there, Explained that it was the stock grease and a common issue and to lube it when I got home. Didn’t charge me for his time/consumables even after I offered. A great shop to have locally!

Jon was extremely helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions and took extra time to make sure everything was in good working order. The rental bikes were in great shape and rode well.

Friendly, Professional, Excellent Service. I have used this bike shop for supplies and service for many years. Each time I have received excellent service. The staff has helped maintain my bikes and been there to help when I needed it or the answer to a question. Most recently I had my road bike serviced and then took it on a 900 mile two week journey and performed perfectly!! Thank you to Kman Cyclery and all the staff.

This is is a great local bike shop. Jon is super friendly and will talk to you about any bike questions you have whether it is something they sell in his shop or not. Overall you cant go wrong with using them to order bike items instead of the internet since they are the experts.

Being new to mountain biking, Ive checked out a few other local slo county bike shops before I made my decision, K-Man was by far the best experience. Jon was friendly, knowledgeable, super easy to work with, answered all my nubie questions promptly and even gave me a great deal on my very first mountain bike purchase! Would highly recommend K-Man for all your cycle needs.
