Uri was my loan officer and I can only say great things about my experience funding my loan with him. During the process Uri was very communicative and transparent with me on the entire process. What really helped was that in the beginning of the process, Uri set up some time with me to explain all of the little details behind mortgages and their fees, and showed me different scenarios for funding my loan.When I started shopping around with different lenders, I came back to Uri with competitive offers that I had and he immediately ensured that he beat what I was seeing elsewhere, which I really appreciated. In the end, the lender fees ended up being even lower than Uri had originally quoted me, which was a nice surprise.Overall, this experience was very smooth and the team at Nuhome can reliably close your loan. Definitely recommend!

Justins team, especially Uri (our loan officer) were responsive and transparent about the homebuying processes. Uri broke down every detail of the loan for us. He also answered all my questions and we felt empowered during the home buying process. They worked seamlessly on the backend with escrow, inspectors, appraisers, and the selling agent to make closing less grueling. We are grateful that they connected us with a great real estate agent, Jaslene, who helped us find and secure our home despite the competition. Their personalized videos and process tracker helped us know at which stage we were and what was needed at all stages. It goes to show they do business with a personal touch. I would recommend them to my friends and family looking if they were looking to buy a home.

Justin, Christina and Uri have been extremely helpful throughout the entire refinancing process and I could not be happier with their service! I have been hesitant to refinance my mortgage for some time and it was difficult to commit to even reaching out to any company for consideration, but with the interest rates at all time lows, I decided to at least get consulted and reached out to Justins team. I am so glad I did because not only I got a significant drop in my interest rate to save monthly payment, the entire process was so easy that I barely had to get involved. I provided key documents that Justins team needed and they did all the work to close in a month, meeting the estimated time they exactly provided. I loved Uris walk through of the cool dashboard with financing options, Christinas super informative updates and guides and Justins follow up to make sure everythings good. They are very professional and their services are superb. Not to mention, they have bunch of perks and tips that allows me to be more knowledgeable about my financial plans, which is always a bonus. Ive been very impressed working with Justin and his team on our home purchase. Southern California is such a competitive market that you really need everything you can add to a offer. Justin allowed us to include a faster closing timeframe and wave the appraisal contingency, which was crucial for getting our new house! We had made previous offers with online lenders that didnt get accepted, and I think having a local known agent was really helpful. His team was super clear, quick, and answered all our questions during the entire closing process.

We loved working with him and his team so much that we are working with them on our second home purchase now in 2022. Justin and his team (most of our interactions revolved around Christina S. and Uri D.) are high performers. They are quick, efficient, organized, and to the point. Uri has consistently been kind enough to answer my questions (texts of emails) even outside of standard working hours. We are working with them on a 18-day close timeline for our next property - which is REALLY quick! This gave us an strong advantage on that offer and definitely put us above the rest since the seller was looking for a quick close.You wont go wrong with choosing to work with Justin Brown and his team. From the first email to the final funding of the loan, they were always helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions.There were some items that I needed clarification on, and they all took the time out to explain it. All I can say is – FANTASTIC. I’ve refinanced my house before with Justin back in 2014. So when interest rates dropped recently, I wanted to refinance my house again. It was a no-brainer that I wanted to have Justin and his team service my loan again. The first time he had helped me, the whole process was quick and simple. This time around was more even so. We have utilized Justin an NuHome for two home loan refinance and a home purchased and have been pleased each time.When we were introduced to Justin/NuHome, we were already working with another broker, but wanted to research other brokers and lenders to see if we were getting the most competitive quotes as Justin was recommended by friends, After a few email exchanges, we were impressed by Justins honest, straightforward, and no-nonsense answers. After further communication, we eventually cancelled the refinancing deals we initiated with others and committed to moving forward with NuHome. And now know we absolutely made the right choice.Right from the beginning, we couldnt believe how easy it was to work with Justin and the NuHome team and how the experience was such as stark contrast as compared to our experiences with other brokers and lenders. Justin was straightforward and honest about everything - including the closing costs and fees. Considering we initiated the refinance process at a time when interest rates were at most volatile due recent financial news, Justin was sensitive to it and stayed on top of things, bending over backwards to make sure we were being placed in the most advantageous position. Each time information or quick communication was needed, he was quick to respond and willing to accommodate as best he could; including but not limited to working with OUR work schedules. We decided to get our home mortgage loan through Justins Team. Uri helped us get prequalified and get estimate on how much it will cost. He did make small mistakes here and there, but it was early stage of the loan and could be fixed easily. Christina helped us set up our final closing documents. She was very responsive and helpful even though our low downpayment gave us trouble getting the loan approved. Our loan with 5% downpayment actually got rejected at the very last minute because of the HOA problem. Uri did offer discount if we put down 10%, which we didnt really get discount even after we put down 10%. In the end, we got our loan approved with 10% downpayment. Getting the loan rejected at the last minute made us lose so much time and money and could really use the discount.Overall, we successfully got our loan and purchased the home we wanted. I feel bad for giving Christina trouble with stressful situation in this market, but she did amazing work and got everything together for us.

A year ago now, I was a first time home buyer and was overwhelmed enough with the beginning of the escrow process. I had been pre-qualified by a big bank, but was having issues in dealing with them when it came time to actually get a loan. I looked at other banks and brokers and found Justin with a great rating on Yelp at the time. I chose to go with Justin because although another broker was able to get me the same rate Justin was offering through the lenders he works with, the lending costs were a little lower with Justin and he really explained the process very clearly compared with the other broker I was considering (banks were offering much higher interest rates and that option was out of the question at this point).Justin and I never met through the process, but he was able to teach me a bit about the market and how mortgage rates are affected by showing me on an online meeting website. It was a big plus being able to go through the process by phone, email and web communicating since I am not close to San Dimas at all, so dont let distance be a barrier to doing business with Justin if you like what he can do for you.I will say there was a bump along the way to be approved for my loan as I was dealing with one of his agents and couldnt reach her for a couple days. Once I let Justin know though, he had someone else helping me finish up the process and sealing the deal to closing escrow on my first home!Like I said before, it has been a year since I closed on my home and Ill still receive correspondence from Justin every now and then whether for holiday greetings, real estate news or market conditions, which I find interesting; its not spam, if thats what youre thinking. I follow the markets a bit ever since and like to read his real estate reports, because I recently got to thinking about refinancing my loan since rates had dipped a bit below the rate I got at the time I purchased my home. I contacted Justin about this and discussed whether the costs would be worth it and he was honest in telling me that it wasnt low enough to justify the costs involved (it would take too long to break even).Overall, dealing with Justin is not like dealing with any other business. I was in the market for a mortgage on a new home purchase. After speaking with several brokers, I contacted Justin. His firm had by far the best rates. When I went back to my original broker to see if he could match the rate Justin had quoted me, I was told No way, and that he would be surprised if I could get that rate. The reviews dont lie!The longer version: I want to make the disclaimer first that YOU NEED TO DO YOUR RESEARCH. A home is usually the biggest, most significant financial commitment most people make in their lifetimes. Buying a home for the first time can be very stressful, but I think its extremely helpful to google the whole process beforehand, to at least have a vague idea of what to expect before jumping in. There will be a LOT of paperwork involved, and a lot of information you need to furnish at various stages in the process. This is a good thing -- you want to know that your mortgage broker or loan officer is doing due diligence and that the mortgage wont be denied the day before youre supposed to close (Ive read enough horror stories). You want to make sure youre working with the best people on the funding, probably the most important part.I decided to contact NuHome Financial after reading the glowing reviews on Yelp. I initially contacted them just to get an idea of what our finances looked like and how far we were from our goal of buying a home. Just over two months later, they helped us close on our first home!Even from the pre-approval process, Justin and his team were thorough and responsive. Theyre also pretty high-tech, which Im sure many of you would appreciate. Our house hunt was somewhat long-distance (we live in West LA, were house hunting in the San Diego area, and San Dimas wasnt local to us), but we were able to do the whole thing by phone and email. I never had to hunt down a fax machine to send them anything, and I never had to drive down to their office. Justin also uses some nifty apps to view the different mortgage options available to you. Most importantly, all of them got back to all of my emails within a day. They are awesome.Yes, there was a lot of paperwork involved, but Justin was able to offer competitive rates, and he did a conference call with me to explain all of our options in detail. Once we were ready to make an offer on a home, I asked Justin to run numbers for a few different scenarios based on downpayment amount, and he was able to give me the monthly payments, how much we would save, and a bunch of other different figures on these different downpayment amounts by the end of the day.When it came time to apply for the mortgage, Anarosa handled our application and made sure things were moving along and not getting held up at any stage. Id seen plenty of horror stories about loan officers getting lazy about gathering the correct information, and people getting denied mortgages just days before closing, but Anarosa was very reassuring and transparent, and was definitely doing her part to ensure that all parties were getting what they needed. Even through the holidays when most people wouldve been out of the office and slow to get back, Anarosa always answered my questions very promptly. There would be times where I would send her a question via email at 6 AM, and shed get back to me instantly. She was fantastic.We did end up closing a couple of days late -- it was a combination of holiday slow-down and people getting mixed up with our actual closing date, which was not even Justin or Anarosas fault, but Justin still gave us a nice refund for the trouble. To be honest, I was expecting a lot more headaches and stress, but Justin and Anarosa and their whole team made the process pretty stress-free!We are the first of our social circle to be buying a home, and Im telling all of our friends to go to NuHome Financial when theyre ready. I recently went through a refi. At the very beginning, Justin was extremely responsive and helpful in answering any calls or emails regarding the refi. As soon as the process got underway, he became a ghost and it would often take a few calls or emails to hear back. Unfortunately I am now spammed with refi and difference loan emails to where my junk mail is taking about 40 emails a day. Christina was always quick with a reply or answering the phone and worked with us the whole way through. Unfortunately our refi took a few months to complete due to points being added in some documents that weren’t discussed originally, and an added tax which would have made the payment considerably more. After those issues got sorted out, we had some problems with the solar company that controls the panels on the house which was out of both mine and the refi teams control unfortunate. All in all, the refi got done and everything happened as originally promised.

6/2/2021I Just want to start off by saying wow Im truly impressed on how fast Justin team Christina and Uri were they were on top of everything it went by so smooth we even closed over a week before our estimate date our loan estimate came in lower than expected and they even matched another lenders rate I know they might not be the cheapest out there but they sure are wroth it they thrive on customer satisfaction they are always available to answer your questions and they keep you well informed. I have to admit I had a rather interesting experience with refinancing my home through NuHome Financial. The process started out pretty simple and while there was a bit of a delay in processing the refinance, I was still pretty satisfied. However, a much larger problem came about through the original Title and Escrow company that was being used. There were some very inappropriate comments made toward myself and I was fully prepared to cancel the entire process. In the end, because of the quick and fair responses by NuHome Financial I ended up redoing the loan with a different Title and Escrow company and have been very happy overall.

Hopefully my review will be shown eventhough it is not in favor to this company but it is based on a truly real experience of refinancing my house. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS FOR THIS COMPANY TO REFINANCE MY HOUSE., YES 3 MONTHS ....BELIEVE IT OR NOT . i worked in real estate and mortgage before and i know the times have changed but 3 MONTHS IS UNACCEPTABLE EVEN FOR A PURCHASE PROCESS. WITHOUT MENTIONING THAT A REFINANCING IS SO MUCH EASIER AND SMOOTHER THAN A PURCHASE. Especially in this case that they have all the paperwork from me from the first beggining.... They didnt deliver what they promised in all aspects ( time frames, numbers, professionalism) . I was desperate. It was a total nightmare working with this company, i never felt myself represented at all, only at the beggining when they want to get your business. The worst thing is that they are supposed to represent you before the bank which they pick for you based on the juicy rebate (commision payment they received from the bank based on the interest rate they set up in your transaction) which in my case was really high interest rate so more than 7 thounsand dollars to their pockets for a horrible service .... Enjoy.It is so easy to blame the bank for everything bad that happens during your transaction .The processor Anarosa seems to be overwhelmed but with willingness to answer your call the majority of times. Towards the end and more crucial days she didnt return the calls or emails in a timely manner as from the beginning. Melissa who is Justins assistant (person in charge when Justin is absent., based on what she told me) is rude, unprofessional and never willing to help you and finally Justin is never aware of anything happening in his office ( did i mention he is the head and owner), HE DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY CASE LEAVING THE OFFICE FOR VACATION WHEN MY REFI WAS STUCK WITHOUT A SOLUTION, it was so frustrating to receive stated promises of closing from NuHome when i had mortgage payments coming every month from my bank especially if I had plans ahead already and a budget based on promises and time frames offered. Justin is only willing to help you at the beggining to get your bussiness but totally lost of whatever is happening with your deal during the transaction. I will never ever use this company for my future mortgage or real estate needs. Neither do i recommend this company to anybody. I usually based my decisions to get any service based on yelps reviews but i sadly regret i used NuHome thinking that they will make an outstanding job but I was SO wrong. I should have skipped nuhome and worked directly with the lender because I was the one pressing and asking for them to contact the lender. I was doing the work when in reality it should have been nuhome working on my behalf and considering my refi to be a priority as well.
