Justin and his team are by far the best. Through every step of the buying process, I felt supported. After falling out of escrow on two houses with our previous agent, we needed someone that’s sharp and a closer. Justin was referred to us by our mortgage broker, she spoke highly of him and we didn’t hesitate to contact him to help us find our first home. From the first call, I could tell Justin was very passionate about what he does and that shows in how he handles his work with energy and enthusiasm. And sticking with us for a year and a half to get it done in a tough pandemic market where everyone wants to buy a house, shows his drive to get it done. His communication skills are next level. We really enjoyed his video recordings updating us on everything that’s going on. Being first time buyers he was pretty much our guide to everything. From spending months looking at houses, the hundreds of miles he drove to meet us at houses, to offers and contract negotiations to inspections to finally closing on our dream home. I would highly recommend Justin’s services! In the time that we worked together, he not only provided attentive realtor services, he went above and beyond to follow through with escrow support, inspection oversight, contractor hiring, moving help, and even recommending child care services in our new neighborhood. Our house hunting timeline was aggressive, but Justin was up for the task right away and was always reachable by phone or to meet in person. He goes out of his way to provide clear communication and transparency throughout the entire process. He is very familiar with the San Fernando Valley, down to details about individual streets, intersections, school zones, neighborhoods, and property histories. Highly recommend, we had a great experience!! We contacted Justin after seeing his reviews on Zillow in early June 2020, viewed a few properties in Lake Balboa that Friday, found the one we loved and put an offer in that weekend, and closed by the end of July. Justin was introduced to us through a neighbor and mutual friend across the street from us in Lake Balboa. Justin had helped our neighbor buy their home a year before we moved in. When it came to real estate, Justin was our first choice after becoming friends and watching his business over the years. He really cares about his clients and delivering results.Fast forward a few years and we found ourselves in love with a new construction home in Simi Valley this summer. The builder was reluctant to sell it to us. We called Justin, he educated the builders on the market since the comparable sales prices they had were not in line with what we believed we could sell for. Justin was very confident and put the builder at ease that we would sell our home and buy theirs.Four days later, we were in escrow on our new home before putting ours up for sale. Long story short, Justin had our house on the market the following week and marketed aggressively. We had a “Mega Open” house as he called it and watched over 150 people come through over the weekend open via our security cameras. Justin created a frenzy and we had 7 offers and ended up selling for $71k over our asking and well over what we expected to sell for. We closed on our new home seamlessly. We had a hectic last day move out where he even called in some help to speed things up and brought in a housecleaner for us.I can’t say Justin was not my friend before this, and he said our friendship went on pause the moment we signed the listing and would resume after the closing. It didn’t make sense at the time, but in retrospect, he was very hands on and proactive in anticipating things before they came up for my family from the emotions of selling a home, marketing, the process and move. Justin is about as good as it gets as far as Realtors go, and I couldnt recommend him more highly to represent buyers or sellers. We were buying our first home in Lake Balboa, Justins main area and where he is an expert. The sellers were truly aweful self-centered people that made the transaction very difficult for us, and in the end they left a HUGE pile of their junk and trash against the outside of our house for us to deal with the day we got our keys. What started as a very difficult first day in our new home soon turned into our COMPLETE AWE as Justin not only ordered a trash bin and took care of the mess, he and his wife came and personally loaded all the junk into the bin for us. He had no obligation in any way to do this, and 99% of realtors would never have gone this extra mile. We were BLOWN AWAY. Most Realtors dont have this much dedication to making sure people have a good experience, and Realtors typically dont care as much as Justin does. In every detail he is service oriented, and wants a positive experience for his clients. He was a complete pleasure to work with during the transaction, we would hire him for our next sale for sure, and VERY highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best real estate professional in the area.

Justin was a truly exceptional realtor. I’ve bought several properties in my life and I found his service unparalleled to other realtors. His level of organization, professionalism, communication, tenacity and knowledge of the area were all way beyond my expectations. There was never a day where I couldn’t reach him nor any questions that he didn’t chase the answer down for me, no matter how small, or how out of scope it might have been.His knowledge of the San Fernando Valley was incredibly impressive. Being a native, he knew all the neighborhoods, which came in handy with a new SFV resident like myself. He knew all the realtors we came across in the open houses, and most importantly he knew and had seen all the listings that he presented. Any property I wanted to see he would go way beyond the MLS data and really dig into the history of these homes. Being a parent I was particularly interested in finding a safe neighborhood and good public school for my child. Justin is a parent too, and would often go way past just the “great schools” rating and tell us about the strengths of each school’s administrative staff and what changes they were bringing to each of these schools.He project managed my purchase through every step of the process, and even helped refer and manage contractors for some work that was done before move in. He’s incredibly positive and professional and takes real pride in the work he does. With Zillow and Redfin we all sort of see ourselves as amateur realtors, but when you’re tired of sifting through all the listings and staged photos and are ready to find a place of real quality, you can’t beat having an advocate like Justin. He’ll pick up the phone and get in touch with the listing agent or pop in to a house and check all your requirements, if he hasn’t already toured the home. I can’t recommend him enough!

Justin was very professional from the start, not pushy, and vey knowledgeable. I remember the first house we saw with him he spent nearly an hour there with us and was very forthcoming about the downsides of it if we chose to offer. Ultimately he was very supportive of our opinion and had a lot of feedback for us. We were not easy buyers to deal with either. One day we had a list of 10 houses to see and we even wandered into a couple open houses. The offer process was no walk in the park either as we were looking for a red hot deal mostly due to the fact that we were first time buyers and were first time parents of an infant to boot. Justin was always on time, always in a good mood, and always honest. Most importantly, he knew what I wanted almost better than I did. I could count on him to think of areas to look that I wouldn’t have considered because I was shunning that zip code. He knows the best pockets in the valley and which areas are regentrifying. For example he sent me to an area of West Hills that I would have thought was Northridge because he knows that you get a lot of house for your money and great views in that area. I had told him nothing north of Roscoe but he was persuasive so I yielded and was very impressed with the house. Turned out the pool was in bad shape so we passed but from then on I was willing to reexamine my lines in the sand. Ultimately he got us our dream home and the escrow went as smooth as one could expect. Justin will be our realtor for life! I dont even know where to start. Justins knowledge, professionalism, attitude, problem solving skills, rolodex, initiative, experience, efficiency, trustworthiness, preparedness and customer service are UNMATCHED. I never thought the home buying experience could be so well handled. Not a single glitch.
