Ive been taping with Tory for over five years now and for good reason. She has helped me get callbacks and book TV shows such as Chicago PD with her wonderful tapes. Tory comes from an acting background herself and is a wonderful reader to play off of. She also has a solid directorial eye and gives great notes on how to improve a scene. I always feel confident in how I look when I tape with Tory because not only is her lighting setup excellent but she is always watching out and will point out if my hair is getting a little messy or if my clothing is bunching up. Lastly, I just really appreciate how nice Tory is. I sometimes come in pretty stressed about a tape, and she will help calm me down with her kindness and patience, and, by the end of the session, Ill wonder what I was so worried about. My reps are always super happy with my tapes, and I know its because Tory is working to make sure Im putting my best foot forward. Definitely give her a shot! You wont be disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience working with owner, Tory Taranova, at Just Tape It Studio. Tory is highly professional, so positive and upbeat — and will get back to you very quickly. She has a keen understanding of what actors need, and what the casting offices want for taped auditions. I had to put down a full body slate, two scenes and a song. The lighting, framing and sound were perfect for every section. And if you pay for “rush”, her turn around time is lightning quick. I had to because my agent had to get my audition in to the NY casting office under a deadline. I feel so lucky to have found an excellent and affordable place like Just Tape It! I would trust Tory to film and advise me on all my auditions.

I don’t trust many coaches or their direction, but I trust Tory. She’s great at quickly breaking down scripts, finding moments I’m missing, and bringing a director’s eye to my work. She’s honest and straightforward without being harsh. She wants to bring out the best in me rather than force me into a box. Highly recommend.

Tory knows her stuff. Shes supportive, involved, and always has great notes. She wants you to do well and does everything in her power to give you the best chance at booking from the tape.
