2024-07-01 17:15:13Jungo is the single largest referral source I have. with 3200 past clients being able to reach out at any time has kept me over 60% of my business from past clients every year for over 15 years. HUGE shout out to Michael in tech support who solved a simple problem today in 2 minutes. Quick, Friendly....... always knowledgeable!!5 Stars isnt high enough.

They were very professional, very quick to respond to emails/requests, and very pleasant to work with. I know my boss and I felt well taken care of by them and we are sad to see the service end but are grateful for all of their hard work.

Thank you so much for helping me setup my system to what I wanted and needed. You are amazing and I look forward to working with you again in the future; just not too soon ;)I just wanted to post an update regarding additional assistance I have had with my Jungo system.I had the pleasure of working with Lauren G at Jungo this past week to alter our birthday and loan anniversary marketing program and she was great. 2024-03-05 14:27:06Jungos customer service is unmatched! Anytime I need clarification or training on the system, I am given immediate feedback. Training from April is amazing! She is thorough and patient with technology-inclined folks like myself! If you need a CRM, this is the way to go!

2024-03-01 04:50:10We are in the process of rolling out Salesforce Jungo and Act-On for our emails, and wanted to shout out that we have had the pleasure of working with Veronica Calvert as our implementation coordinator. I cant say enough great things about Veronica! She has been immensely helpful and infinitely patient. Learning a new software and trying to implement it to a whole company can be challenging, to say the least, but she has been there for us to answer questions and send us so many valuable training video resources to help our team navigate. She is helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I cannot say thank you enough for your guidance, Veronica! You are the best and we are excited to have this CRM to help our team grow!

2024-06-12 21:48:50Jungo is a powerful program. The basic utilities are simple to use. If you want to take advantage of its full capabilities though, it makes its functionalities more practical and efficient to get a computer person handle it for.

2024-01-25 22:40:05I received great service from April Nieblas at Jungo. Ive been happy with their support and platform so far. The support is where Jungo really shines! Tried some other CRMs and had to leave them because there wasnt any support. April Nieblas went above and beyond.
