Excellent communication and service! I have been searching for a jumper rental for my daughter’s 4th birthday. Jump with Chris has many variety of jumpers available to choose from. The website is so easy to book for a future event. Jump with Chris sent me couple emails prior to the actual event date to double confirm everything. Everything was very smooth and easy. Zero complaints and will definitely use again. Leading up to the event, I received a reminder email, text and phone call. Bounce house and chairs were delivered on time (early actually!) and Ben was great! They even stopped by a few hours later to address a concern I had. The bounce house was clean and shown as pictured. Everything was picked up on time and they even returned when I realized a chair had been forgotten. A+ service and worth spending a little more for peace of mind.

We will definitely be using them again! I am a mom of five and all about clean. I had prepared to clean the large jumper anyways,as this was a party for my 1yr old, although the site said they were clean. Not only was it clean, but before I could do anything, the deliverer was already wiping it to pristine! I was amazed. He even wiped down each table again. This is unheard of when in the past from other vendors, we got dirty rentals.We left a nice tip and the price was awesome for the product and the services. Will definitely use them again! Awesome company and on time delivery.

Excellent service and reliability! Party was a big success! I emailed Jump with Chris to find out what would be the best bouncy house for a high school party. I received a response within an hour and subsequently ordered everything easily online. They came to set up at the designated time and were finished quickly. We kept the bouncy house overnight and it was picked up on time. The text message providing a 30 minute window was very helpful. I will recommend this company to others with hesitation. What a perfect example of great business! I contacted Chris and set everything up for the 4th of July back in the spring. Our slip in slide was delivered clean and in great condition. The kids had an absolute blast! One even told me it was his “best day ever”. At the agreed time, the inflatable was picked up quickly and the fireworks proceeded for an awesome day!!! This was my 3rd time renting a jumper from Chris - each time has been a 5 star experience. He is always responsive, sends reminders as the event approaches, wipes down the inside of the jumper once it’s been setup, sets up / tears down within 30 mins or less, and has always been personable and nice to chat with. Decided to throw my son a first birthday party with one month advance. Jump with Chris was able to provide a small childrens sized water jumper. Perfect size for smaller and/or younger children.Jump with Chris is easy to get a ahold of and provides hassle free communication. Usually get to speak with a live representative or they will call you back immediately if voicemail is left. They provided step by step detail and communication through email. Looked up reviews and saw it was good, so went with Chris for my kid’s birthday party. The water slide was a huge hit, especially since it was in the 90s. Many of the guests mentioned their kids knocked out when they got home and appreciated the party. 😆The drop off and pick up went smoothly and I loved the fact that us parents didn’t have to do any of that cleaning, since we had enough prepping and cleaning in the house to do for and after the party. So worth the money! Totally recommend them to any/all other parents!

This was my first time renting a giant Jumper water slide from Chris. I saw my neighbor rent one and decided to do the same for my kids. Without a doubt, it was a solid decision. Jump with Chris was very professional and friendly. We threw a very impromptu 5th Birthday for our son Vas and we had received Chriss flyer months ago, every night my son looked at the flyer and kept telling me he wanted the Tiki waterslide bounce house with pool, I called Chris and he was very accommodating to us. We RSVP the Tiki. Chris came in the morning around 9 to set up slide, it was the most amazing slide we ever saw. Our son Vas was sooooo excited. All his friends were excited too, the kids spend hours on this slide. It was well worth every penny. What great memories we have and will book again next year cause thats what our Son Vas wants. Thank you Chris for helping us with Vass party! This waterslide was a hit!

Highly recommend Jump With Chris Party Rentals. We rented the Shark water slide for a high school graduation party, and it was a hit. Chris’ team was professional throughout the rental process. From the day we called to inquire to the day of the party, the team followed up quickly and confirmed our order a few times before the event. Our experience with Jump With Chris Party Rentals (JWCPR) was stellar. I searched for a jumper for my grandsons bday party far too close to the party date. I was pleased that JWCPR had what we were looking for and at a decent price. The guy showed up within the time window we were given, set up the jumper, cleaned it, gave us clear instructions, offered for me to sign the contract there on his phone, and was on his way.The jumper itself was PRISTINE. No wear and tear on the item and the kids (and an adult or two in turn) had a great time.We had such a good experience, weve already booked this same jumper with JWCPR for our younger grandsons bday in March!
