I opened up my first policy back in august. The price was great for 6 months and my agent Dee was extremely helpful, i highly recommend going to her! Shes very attentive and really knows her stuff 😊

I’ve use Julio’s insurance for about 5-6 yrs and I’ve never heard of no contact insurance or month to month insurance. Let me explain so I call to restate my insurance I speak with a young lady there and everything went smoothly ok cool. A month Later I get a new insurance card and the date stated 4/13-5/13 I was confused so I call and question it right. So the young lady explains to me that that’s how they provide insurance I said no I’ve never heard of something like that. I said so you mean on a monthly basis I’ll be get a new insurance card she yes I said that crazy and makes no sense to me she I explained that to you I said no you didn’t because if you would’ve said that to me I would’ve said something then. Why not just do the 6 months or 1 yr policy? I was so confused and I’m still confused because that’s so ridiculous to me. So once I pay my insurance I have to wait until I get my new card to drive who wants to deal with that nonsense on a Monthly basis? But since they’re not missing work due to not having your insurance card they do t care. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

The agents are highly professional. They answered all my questions and were able to reduce my car insurance payments. They even greet all the customers that walk through their door with popcorn and a water bottle. No business I know does that. I am always pleased with their kind words and service. I am also welcomed with a smile. Thank you!

Came to pay my tags and the girls were so helpful and nice offered me water when I came in and greeted me, they have the best customer service in Oxnard

Great customer service. They help and work with you with what you can pay. Always professional, and Dee was the one to help me and she help me get a great rate for me being a first time customer. Would greatly recommend to my friends.

I have opened up several policies here and have always received excelent customer service by the insurance agent Dee. She is very pleasant and makes me feel very welcomed every time I come in. She is very helpful when it comes to providing me with great insurance prices and shes always available when I have any questions. Thank you Dee! :)

A little tough to get a hold of but once we got started, everything was great. Ended up with infinity insurance either way. So I dont know which would be cheaper but it was a good price.
