Got a call and they ask if I want to renew my commercial policy. I said no cuz I already sold my food trailer and I just want the regular one for my truck. A month later get charged again for the commercial policy and when I ask they say I have to cancel contract. Are the contracts supposed to renew automatically without customer approval? And if yes why they didn’t tell me that when I told them I already sold the trailer? They are Very unprofessional 😤

They dont have renters insurance so it wasnt convenient, I didnt want to have 2 separate bills for my car insurance and renters insurance. I wasnt happy with their service it just didnt work for me.

So I called in on Tuesday to get a head start on my tabs and insurance. And a young lady by the name of LC helped me and she was amazing. So I go in today Wednesday 3/30/23. And omg the ppl I came in contact with rude and so unprofessional. Briana was the worst one she didn’t even asked me to have a seat they left me standing there. Briana asked me who assisted me and I told her. Briana are you sure I said yes and I paid for everything already. And still didn’t believe me. Briana LC only takes payments. I said o yea well I’m just here to show my smog check and pick up my tags. Briana walks out the office comes back and didn’t say a word! 5 minutes later she hands me my paperwork and said ok you’re done. Kudos to LC and thumbs down for Briana.

They Bait & Switch you with the promise of $15 a month insurance and then quoted me $66 a month for only the lowest liability insurance on my 28 year old vehicle. Such a rip off!!! GEICO quoted me $26 a month for better coverage. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Terrible business probably only assisting those that are ignorant and dont know any better. Cant believe theyre in business. ZERO STARS.

Good rates and service, reason for the 4 stars is at times you get put on hold not once but twice and wait a good 5-7mins each time but other then that the girls are super nice and quick once they get back to you.

Everytime I see their rolling billboard truck, adding to traffic and smog, I wonder who would support such an inconsiderate, irresponsible company... Ive always considered Ventura County a better place to live than LA. Not for long if folks keep supporting this type of nonsense.

Rip off.. $238 every month. That’s my car payment. Insurance companies are a rip off. They take advantage of the law. I’m leaving I can’t afford this outrages payment. I have three points on my record. Only because I went to homeless court and you have to take a plea to get the court to waiver the fees. The actually ticket was bull! But what do they care, guilty due to homelessness. And it cost me. Can’t win for losing.
