I absolutely LOVED working with Julie!! Originally I signed up to work on things with hypnotherapy, but our sessions were so much more than that! Julie is warm, kind, and so loving and I felt so comfortable sharing my challenges with her. Plus she’s super sharp and on it and knows SO much!! Julie not only helped me with habits I wanted to change (I no longer bite my nails after over 40 years of being a nail biter!!!!) — but also helped me with business and life strategies that were so helpful! I can’t recommend working with Julie enough!!

Julie is truly magnetic and someone that you would want alongside you on your healing journey She has an uncanny ability to connect to anyone and make you feel safe no matter what you’re dealing with. She has a natural knack for humor which always puts you at ease. Unlike most practitioners with profound spiritual gifts she has exceptional social skills and makes you feel like you’ve known her your entire life. She is an alchemist that can turn the most difficult problem into gold. She is a hybrid healer in that she has a unique comprehensive background in Forensic Psychology, Hypnotherapy, and the Noetic Sciences.She is comfortable talking about any topic from the deepest grief to your deepest passion. She is authentic and knows who she is. She always has her client’s best interest at heart with any recommendation that she makes or any intervention that she uses. She doesn’t have a cookie cutter way of coaching others and tailors her style to the client’s needs. She is a life long learner who is always wanting to better her practice. She is collaborative and always accessible despite being a busy mom, wife, and doctoral student. She is a terrific role model and leader and makes everyone around her better. The only complaint that I can come up with is that I didn’t meet her 20 years earlier.

Julie is and amazingly kind person as well as having a mastery in varied skillsets which are beautifully integrative. She helped me with clarity in identifying and managing the rebranding of a creative business as well as navigating projects and other life responsibilities. Julie was phenomenally instrumental in helping me identify priorities and tasks to achieve goals, expanded on ways to better utilize self-care modalities and introduced me to new ones, guided me in meditations, energy work, and shared tools to take forward which opened me up with more capacity to navigate and master the abundant life I have envisioned for decades.

I love love love Julie!! She is so light hearted and at the same time so wise and skilled in the way she guides you to your goals!She is able to assist you in finding the clarity, confidence and insight you need, to keep moving forward on the career path and life path meant for you!I highly recommend Julie, especially if you are looking for something at the quantum energy level, she will bring in more ease in the way you move forward towards your goals!

I have worked with Julie in a number of capacities- one on one coaching, hypnotherapy, a group challenge and a multi-session class course. Every single one has been an exemplary experience that has enriched my life beyond words. I could honestly say I have received such growth and true understanding about myself and been able to move on from those things that hold me back & into a place of quiet & peaceful now able to handle what is “thrown” my way navigating life. Julie is a talented individual with a compassionate heart able to connect to people in a way where they are comfortable and able to make any change they want. In any arena, I could not recommend Julie enough!

Before working with Julie I had never done hypnosis and didnt really know if I could be hypnotized, but after working with Julie online and over the phone, I found out how much I liked hypnosis and how helpful it can be. Julie was so easy to listen to and she made me feel so safe and comfortable. She has many gifts and is so insightful and always nonjudgmental.Now I have worked with Julie for several years and am still benefiting from her help and direction. I particularly grew and learned much about myself from her Emotional Freedom program! This program helped me work through some deep emotions. I learned a number of very helpful techniques that I continue to use today. I highly recommend Julie. She is so caring and really listens and she has so many insightful ways to truly help you grow as a person and make your life better!

Julie has proven to be a quite capable therapist; more than that in fact. She has allowed my brain to tap into trauma induced amnesia and start to remember the coordinated flow of smooth fluid motion.

Julie is very wise. She helped me to come up with a plan, ways of how to accomplish the plan and helped me with accountability. She also helped me to realize that I have good ideas, I just need to trust in myself and learn how to implement them which will make me succeed in what I want in life.
