Julie was absolutely amazing! She took care of us through the entire process and helped us put in a competitive offer on our perfect first home! The house buying process is so complicated and competitive in the current market and Julie made sure that we were able to navigate it! Our seller dragged their feet and Julie made sure that we closed in time for my appliance delivery! Her experience in the industry shows and she is a very savvy negotiator and a grounding presence in the insane process that is buying a house. I can’t imagine buying a house with anyone else.

Julie is an amazing agent. I bought my first house with her help and she made the experience so easy. She really listened to what I wanted and started showing me houses within a day of meeting. Within two days she had found the perfect house for me and we put in an offer! Julie is also great through the whole closing process, she is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. She also made sure everything stayed on track through a shortened closing period. I am so glad that Julie was my agent, and strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

Julie was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and yet down to earth. Ive heard the home buying process can be very stressful, but I never felt that way. Julie was there through the entire process answering questions, responding to texts and emails from myself and other parties on my behalf. She was amazing! There are many people and agencies that are involved in the home buying process and some of them seem to forget what a personal, life changing experience buying or selling a home can be. Julie is not one of those people. From the first email I sent her asking for her service to the day she handed me the keys to my new home, she has felt less like an agent, and more like a friend.

Julie is the best realtor you could ever hope to find. She is so knowledgeable and that knowledge helped us to get the house of our dreams at an amazing price. She has the personal touch which shows you that you are really appreciated and she goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect! Julie Phillips is one of those special real estate agents that truly cares about her clients. Her knowledge of real estate and the local area is exceptional. Her ability to negotiate on your behalf is excellent. But those are not the most important qualities of a great agent. Julie is special because of her abilities to listen to her clients needs and wants, her unrelenting drive to help you achieve your goals, and her honest sincerity. Julie was fantastic through my whole home buying experience. She was very patient with my fragile budget and my lack of knowledge about the process, this being my first home. She was always encouraging and never gave up hope wed find something, even when I was convinced Californias prices were too far above my budget. She did great negotiating for what I wanted, and went above and beyond to make my experience great when the sellers agent was making the process difficult.

We found Julie on Zillow. Every realtor we contacted blew us off and Julie was the only one who responded and was willing to help. I’m sure for her it seemed like a long shot, we were looking to relocate 6 hours away, for no real reason. Yet she always worked hard and treated us like we were just as important as any other client. Flash forward to a year later, 3 offers later, and we are about to close escrow on our first home!!! We honestly couldn’t have navigated all of this without her. Not being able to drive up every time we were interested in a property, was hard, but Julie would go and FaceTime us from the houses. On our quick trips we were able to make, Julie set up multiple appointments in a day, on short notice, and drove all around Placer County and El Dorado County for us. Through the escrow process she has been a wealth of knowledge, and again, was willing to FaceTime us for our final walk through, and recommended plenty of resources for inspections and everything else we needed. We highly recommend Julie!

I just want to share our amazing experience with Julie Phillips who was our realtor when we moved to Granite Bay. We moved from the UK and she was able to not only find us our dream home but helped us with practical aspects of settling into a new neighborhood. When viewing houses she let us make our own opinion and did not voice hers unless asked which we found refreshing. Other realtors did not stop telling us their point of view. Julie Phillips, the British/American Agent we were lucky enough to find after interviewing many other experienced realtors in our area, is well Supercalifragilistic! Much like the beloved Mary P., Julie appeared and the whole daunting process became as uncomplicated as a spoonful of sugar. Julie is ever the professional, employing the most up to date marketing methods and ideas, but she was equally warm, genuine and determined to make the entire experience as smooth and stress-free for us as possible. She checked in regularly, even once we were under contract, letting us know exactly what to expect next. Her responses to our calls/emails were always immediate--we never felt we werent her top priority even though she is obviously in high demand. Julies commitment to her profession, and especially to her clients. is very evident. We never doubted she had our best interests in mind. I have used other agents in the past, but I wouldnt think of hiring, or recommending, anyone else after having the pleasure of working with the BEST.

It was an absolute delight to work with Julie on the recent sale of my home.
