This endeavor of selling was a big decision for our family, due to the fact we lived in this house for over 38 years. So, to have Julie support us with her professional qualities, was the most delightful experience we could of ever asked for! Julie was a pleasure to deal with, as well as her associate, Jennifer. They are two of the most lovely people; who are understanding, pleasant, and they satisfied our every request and need from beginning to the end! Recently our Condo sold thanks to the diligent and untiring efforts of Julie Lovett and the experienced team she brought to the listing. I watched and observed Julie executing numerous other local sales for over a year before asking her and team to represent our home. Her professionalism, honesty, and straight forward approach were much appreciated throughout the process. My wife and I used Julie Lovett to lease a year round apartment in Santa Monica. I cant say enough how quickly and efficiently she and her assistant Jennifer Bhang helped us secure a fabulous apartment. Julie greatly assisted us in negotiating fabulous terms that everyone was happy with.Then, the real service revealed itself. Coming from out of state, we needed help with every aspect of our move. Jennifer graciously met numerous vendors on our behalf which allowed us to get critical services set up for our use prior to our move. She met multiple furniture companies on our behalf to receive deliveries. She sent fabulous pictures as everything arrived. Julie and Jennifer truly felt like an extension of our family carefully overseeing every aspect of our move. As the Executor of my sister’s trust, one of my responsibilities was to sell two income properties so the assets could be distributed to the beneficiaries.My knowledge of selling an apartment was about equal to my knowledge of nuclear physics. An acquaintance suggested I call Coldwell Banker and speak to Julie Lovett’s team as she recently had success in the purchase of a home.I am so grateful I took her advice. I explained my situation to Julie and Jennifer and they immediately put me at ease with the reassurance they would take care of everything for me and they did. There was an apartment complex in Santa Monica and a single family home rented in West LA and both sold almost immediately. They even dealt with and informed the tenants of the sale for me; a task I was not looking forward to. They kept me appraised daily of what steps were being taken.
