It’s a familiar story, couple retires and decide to sell the house and move closer to family. Soafter 40 years in Fullerton we decided to do the same. The only thing is, we’ve never sold ahouse before.So a funny thing happened when we started to share we’re selling. Every friend andacquaintance wants you to use their Realtor. Everyone of them had one thing in common, theydidn’t know Fullerton. That was my number one on a long list of qualifications I wanted in ourrealtor.Juhee and Justin Kim met that criteria and every other one on our list. We had what we thought was our dream home in Whittier but family situation changed and we were forced to move.We feared that the area where our home was sitting at(top of the mountain, largely senior population) and the way we updated it(modern contemporary) would create some challenges for the selling agent so we wanted to hire someone who knew the area very well. We ended up hiring a local agent with over 30 years of experience and also resident of the area thinking she would give us the best chance. We felt that the way she handled things were a bit old fashioned and naïve but decided to stick with it thinking maybe that’s the strategy that works for the area. After 7 or 8 open houses and 1 escrow that fell apart, we terminated the contract after 3 months and decided that we’d give it another try with a different agent when we feel up to it.Fast forward a year, we felt the timing was right and interviewed several agents but this time decided to include someone from outside the area as well.Juhee and Justin were the agent that we saw all over the area(Fullerton) where we hoped our new home would be and we intended to hire them as our buying agent but after an interview with them, we felt confident they could also sell our home. They had decades of experience selling custom built homes in Fullerton and surrounding areas and also were using the latest technologies to not just keep up but stay ahead as we clearly noticed from interviewing at least 10 other real estate agents. Also they brought a different perspective and strategy and offered ample advices on what seemingly minor improvements we can make that will create a huge difference in making our home more sellable. What was also very pleasantly surprising was that they provided partial staging of our home at no cost to enhance the interior look and boost our chance of sale. The strategy worked great as we were in escrow after just 1 weekend of open house and closed and sold our home within 4 weeks. They were also able to create a competing situation for two strong buyers which eventually allowed us to wind up with an offer 2% above our asking price in a market that was described by many agents we interviewed as “tough”.When we had to find a new home, their experience and expertise in city of Fullerton really shined at a different level.They actually advised us against submitting offers to a couple of homes because they felt those houses would not work the best for our family situation and also for the long-term gain on the property value citing some shortcomings that we were overlooking. I’d think a lot of the agents would jump on the opportunities at making commission on a quick sale so it made us feel like they were looking after our best interest. When we eventually found a home that was perfect, we were competing against two other buyers but Juhee and Justin came up with a strategy to put us on top of the other two although I don’t think we were the strongest offer from the financial perspective. We are moving to our new dream home in a week and this is all thanks to Juhee and Justin and I could not say enough good things about Juhee and Justin and the rest of the team – Sophia and Anitra. Team works like a fine machine and know exactly what their roles are and always in constant communication with you to never let you feel unsure about where you are in the process.I am probably forgetting a bunch of other things I was impressed about and thankful for but I can sum it all up by saying I’d recommend Juhee and Justin to my closest friends and family without a second of hesitation.

Justin and Juhee are the best! They sold my house...twice! Let me explain. My house was in escrow within just days of listing and when my flakey buyer backed out, Justin and Juhee sold my house again within a week!! What more could you possibly ask for?Your are really shortchanging yourself buy using an inferior Realtor. How many times have you seen awful listing pictures that an agent obviously took themselves with a cheap camera phone? Justin and Juhee had a PROFESSIONAL photographer come to my home with equipment that cost thousands of dollars. My listing looked so great I almost didnt want to sell! Did I have to pay extra for this? NO!! This is the level of service that Justin and Juhee include. Why pay the same commission to another agent who is going to take terrible pictures themselves and charge you the SAME fee?How many times have you been searching real estate listings, or actually visiting properties for sale that were just a complete mess? Justin and Juhee staged my home prior to photos and showings. My house LITERALLY looked like a model home. They gave me clear guidance on what to pack away and brought in pillows, rugs, pictures, blankets, complete linen sets, accent pieces, wall art, decorative kitchen items, towels, shower curtains, candles, plants, and probably a dozen other things I cant remember. They have access to every trade and skill one needs to get the property ready to sell quickly and at reasonable prices.Specifically, they understand the Fullerton market very well. 2023-03-21 20:23:35Extremely pleased with our choice of Juhee and Justin Kim to handle the sale of a home in Fullerton.Realizing we were in a declining market, we consulted with several agents on the best way to handle a prompt sale of a “70’s time capsule” home we recently inherited. We found Justin and Juhee to be extremely well versed on the Fullerton market, to be a great resource for guidance on what sort of work to do on the home (and what sort of improvements to avoid) and to maximize its marketability. Justin’s advice and his design experience (he has a degree in design, I believe) rang true to us, and were a valuable resource. Juhee’s deep experience in the market was greatly appreciated throughout.We also found that their ready access to quality, timely, and reasonable contractors (it’s not so easy to find a good and reasonable painter on short notice) was immensely helpful. In the final analysis, we used a mix of vendors they recommended and some of our own to accomplish a light flip in about 3½ weeks from start of work to staging, photos and listing.We found them to be proactive, accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They did everything they said they would do, and along with assistant Hannah, were a unified team focused on a successful transaction.We have some experience of our own in real estate, but we found their specific expertise complementary to what we know and relevant to changes in the space and the peculiarities of estate transactions. We also genuinely appreciated that their approach to the transaction was business focused - we have a product to get to market - instead of resorting to counterproductive emotional appeals and pressure tactics. Although the same great comments had been repeated so many times by so many of their clients, I still want to add mine to show our gratification and appreciation.Juhee & Justine recently helped us sold our Fullerton house.When Juhee and her assistant Hannah came to our house the first time, they explained everything about selling a house in Fullerton except pushing us to sign a contract with them. Unlike many other agents who brings a prepared contract to the first meeting, Juhee didnt bring one. She spent all the time explain the market and the process. Seeing a very knowledgeable Realtor teaming up with her son plus a young energetic assistant Hannah, we were confident that this team would do a good job (actually, they have done a Great job!)! After we choose them to represent us, the process started quickly and smoothly! The stager came to make our house more attractive to the young families; the photographer made a very professional online album to show the size and beauty of our home. We had one open house and received multiple offers within three days. Each member of this team had their own designated responsibilities and they work together to make this process seamlessly. From the date we signed contract with them to the date we moved out of our sold home, it took only two months! During this time, our only responsibility was to keep the house clean. They took care of everything else! In additional to their solid knowledge, decades of experience and high efficient working style, communication is another key area which I highly appraise them! When we met Justin and Juhee, we knew instantly that they were the one for us. Justin & Juhee are honest, very kind and easy to talk to. Hannah and Jen are also amazing, hands-on and killed it in staging and marketing our home. This team worked together and really helped to take the pressure off of us. We were so fortunate to have found them. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Justin, Juhee and their entire team.Our house was a “HOT HOME” and a very large group of potential buyers came and we received an offer during our first day on the market. We waited a week until we were under contract and had a total of 9 offers!
