Ive been pleased to have Judy Sailors as my agent for selling three properties, two condos and a house. She has excellent communication skills and she always kept me informed quickly and accurately. She doesnt treat condo owners as lower priority because the prices are often lower than houses, which can be a frequent problem with other agents. I know that she represented me very well with buyers and their agents, and I highly recommend her to others who need an agent.

Judy did an excellent job representing us selling our house. She had to do this under very difficult conditions as we did not live in the house, rather our son and four renters were living there. Many times it seemed as if the renters were sabotaging the selling process by not keeping the house clean, bringing in animals without permission, not leaving the house when Judy or another agent had a tour of the house, etc. Judy communicated with us frequently and either always took our calls or returned our call the same day. I highly recommend Judy to anyone either considering listing their house or searching for a new house to purchase.

Judy Sailors has been absolutely amazing in every aspect of buying and selling a home. She has helped us through two home sales and two purchases. Will always recommend her to everyone. She has always made us feel like we are a member of her family and never once made us feel like a burden with our questions and concerns. Judy is amazing. She really puts the time and effort into making your home selling/buying experience a positive one. She goes out if the way and had professional pictures taken of our house that really helped draw people into wanting to see it. What can I say other than that leaving Judy in another state was my biggest complaint. I would have used her for buying and selling across every state for the rest of my life if it were possible. She got us into our first home and it was perfect for us. She then helped us list that same home and was able to prepare us enough to get our move out of state in order.Judy is on time, prompt, professional, understanding and actually pays attention to what it is that you want out of your purchase and sale. She is versed in the market, knows what’s fair and what is a waste of time.If you want someone who will attend to your needs and wants, is not afraid to get her hands dirty with some hard work; seriously don’t waste your time going to anyone else.
