JT is a real life saver. I brought my computer to Big Bear to do some work but forgot the proper monitor cable. JT said he will get the cable next morning but then found a different cable that worked for me immediately. In Big Bear where its hard to find help with computers that was a big relief for me.

Hes more or less a one man show, so it may take a little longer than a corporate store, but it is *so* worth the wait. JT knows his stuff, and he went above and beyond to build a gaming rig for my kid that is not only more than we expected but fit into our budget. Id definitely recommend him for any of your computer needs.

The owner is such a life saver! We took our computer to him months ago and our ssds died again 🤦‍♀️ I contacted him on a day the shop is closed (Sunday) he didn’t hesitate and said meet me there in an hour!! Came in on his day off and made sure that my computer was fixed and up and running same day!! He is absolutely amazing! Great communication and prices are beyond fair! I took my laptop (MacBook Pro) to JT. He gave me every excuse to why he couldn’t get me my laptop back to me. He shut down shop (across from middle school) and moved. I did not know he moved but every time I go in they say they don’t know where it is. I have many text from JT, but now no response from JT at all, since he’s moved locations. I feel as my laptop is being used or was stolen. He has had my laptop for almost going on two years. This shop and man is untrustworthy.

JT did an amazing job with my daughters iPhone. I texted him and he agreed to meet me the same day (literally in 10 minutes! ) and fixed it up good as new. He even went the extra mile to make sure everything lined up properly and then set me up with a screen protector. Hopefully, I dont need another screen replaced, but if I do, he is my first call!

! I got up to my mountain home and realized I forgot my laptop charger. A common occurrence, usually with no resolution in a small town. JT immediately drove a charger to my home to lend to me because he did not have my model available to sell me. Such an amazing, neighborly, kind and helpful thing to do. He literally saved my work week, which would have been a disaster!Before I reached out to him, I called another local person in town, but I was without a car, and I would have to go to their location to get the charger. We don’t even have an uber available, so that option wasn’t going to work.JT really went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank him enough. Anytime I need anything related to a computer, I know who I’m reaching out to!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I went in my computer had crashed right before my online school started. My computer was immediately started on and up and running in 24 hours. I could not have asked for better service. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done on my computer. My old, old MAC desktop needed an overhaul. JT was like a dog on a bone as he tried multiple avenues to get it to transfer data to a new hard drive. In the end it was clear that I needed to say good-bye to the old MAC. JT helped procure a replacement laptop, transfer the data, and set up a new subscription to use Microsoft 365 programs. He kept me informed and assured me (a few times!) that my existing data was not lost. I would highly recommend his services but be patient because he is giving each client his complete attention and that takes time.

I came up to Big Bear for the week. I arrived late at night and immediately began to unpack and set up my work station for work the next morning. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my keyboard and mouse. It was around 3am and I started work in a few hours. No one was open. I sent a message on Yelp to a few places and Jay T responded within a few minutes! Long story short, I met him in the middle of the night to get a keyboard and mouse. He is the kindest man, and I am FOREVER grateful for his willingness to help me at that time of the night, when I was panicking. I cannot say enough good things about him and his business. I come up to Big Bear every now and then to visit this beautiful area and should I ever need technical services again, this will be the only place I reach out to. I was very impressed with the service I got from JT Tek Services Inc. He was fully booked and still made a point of getting to my home to fix my computer so I could get my work done. My Husband literally melted his iPhone 8 battery. The phone would still charge but would die when you tried to use it. JT Tek had batteries on hand and fixed it quick same day. Everything about this company is something you can trust. The service I received was more than I ever expected. So glad we found JT. The computer at our automotive shop was on its last leg. JT built a computer and hooked it up for us. A life saver, he transfered all our shop programs over to the new computer. Including speaking to Napa Tracts to run the install. Made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. If I could give JT six stars I would. My laptops charging port was damaged and only worked when the charger was in a very specific orientation. JT spent half an hour analyzing the issue and then showed me how to arrange the cable to ensure it charged. He did this at no charge.When the port completely stopped working a few months later I brought it in again. It turned out to be a complicated issue involving replacing the port and part of the motherboard, and in the end JT just advised that I get a new computer. He only charged me the initial price despite the extra time and parts spent on it, and then offered to get me discount prices on a new laptop. He was very communicative and pleasant throughout the whole process.I was so happy to find someone as knowledgeable as him up here. Thanks JT!

I wish i could give more than just five stars. JT was an absolute pro, and watching him work was like watching a craftsman. I came into his shop with what I thought was a minor problem, an easy fix. After patiently tracking down the problem, JT was able to determine the problem was user related (me trying to set up my own new connection 😏). JT resolved the problem and everything is good to go.
