I received my insurance renewal, and it seemed Mercury may have had made an error with my policy. I reached out to Vivian who promptly got to the bottom of it and resolved the issue in minutes, saving me hundreds of dollars! My dealing with JSG have been very positive, particularly with Vivian. I feel my interests are always looked out for, and I am very apprciative for that. While personal service seems to be becomming more and more rare these days, that is not the case here! I have worked with JSG Insurance Services for a number of years. They have insured both commercial and residential property for me. They are reliable in every way. Not only do they find me the best product, but they are aware of renewals, deadlines, and in one occasion, while I was out of the country, notified me of a policy that was about to lapse and handled the renewal on my behalf. Jon is a kind and compassionate advisor and agent, he helped me going above and beyond educating me of my options for home insurance and helped me address a dispute with an agency when it was his time and expertise was being leveraged. He stood by me, supported me and trusted my situation to help resolve the conflict and get my insurance reinstated. I offered to compensate for his time, and he refused. In the past I have always DREADED having to deal with anything insurance related... until I found Judi. Judi is amazing at what she does and shes funny! I now look forward to calling my insurance agent.. words I never thought Id say. When I first started with Judi I only opened a small business policy yet she treated me gold. She is extremely patient and thoroughly explains everything. I now have my business, cars and homeowners insurance policies through JSG. I moved to SoCal in 2018 and was scrambling to get homeowners insurance and move my auto insurance. The first agent I dealt with at another agency was terrible, at best: No follow up (which is HUGE for me) and never answered the phone. Completely unreliable.Then I call Jon Gardner at JSG. I explained my situation and that I needed an agent that would get my home insurance fixed and set me up with my auto ins. Not only did he follow up with me, but he was able to structure my insurance needs and payment arrangements EXACTLY how I wanted them.Because of his attention to detail, he has my home/auto/umbrella/RV/etc insurance business. When my home insurance went up in 2019, he actually emailed me to let me know it was going up and to call him on strategies to reduce it if possible. So, not only does he follow up, he is strategic and proactive as well. I don’t ask for much, but Jon is the real deal.While I have recommended him to friends and colleagues, for me personally, he has become an invaluable asset for my personal insurance needs over the last 4 years. There is no way, NO WAY, I would change agents! Jon and his people are the absolute best. You will not be disappointed.

I am very unhappy with the handling of my Homeowners Insurance Renewal from this company, John Gonzalez, to be specific. From one year to the next my policy premium went up almost 400% more. I never received any sort of Notification ahead of time letting me know of the exaggerated amount that I would be paying. If my loan agent hadnt brought this to my attention a few days ago I would have been robbed of $18,000 on this deal John had given me. And to top it off this guy was so unprofessional beside never letting me know ahead of time, when I called to ask him about this he didnt even answer my calls. It wasnt until I filed a complaint that he decided to call back, and boy was he in attack mode right off the back. As if Im the one who wronged him!! Very unprofessional and flat out rude! I would never recommend this guy to anyone!
