I use to really like JP Signs and Graphics. We have had all 6 of our vehicles done here and had custom stickers made. We have spent a good amount of money to do so.I am Leaving a 1 star review because I recently brought my commuter car in to have the windows done and they cracked the inside of my door panel. I was told the part would be ordered to replace the panel and they would reach back. My husband and I have called over a handful of times and either no one calls us back or they tell us they cannot get parts to fix it. As a customer and someone who has supported their business for many years they should be doing anything and everything in their power to make this situation right.

They installed a tint for me on my Mustang 2024 which was a deal I had with the dealer directly, from the beginning it had bubbles and I thought they would disappear, 3 months have passed and it is already peeling off the windows, very sad.

Called around for prices on 3m film and this spot definitely has the selection, didnt know there was so many types of tint, i got well informed by the receptionist about the quality and uv protection each product offers.. came in and left the same day! I will definitely come back when i get a new car..

Was kind and patient while I had to go back and forth with my insurance over a few weeks to try and figure out payment. Once I was finally able to get my car in, they were very quick and efficient in replicating my cars original side stripes. They look absolutely great.

Ivan does great work. Brought in my 2019 gt and had black metallic wrapped down the center. It breaks a lot of necks.Update:Went back one more time. I felt something was missing and I went back to get the upper bumper wrapped. Now it is complete and happy jp’s helped me make this stang pop out. Before and after.

Had a tint strip installed. Looked alright except for some air bubbles and contamination under the laminate. JP, the owner seemed decent when I first met him until I went to pick up my vehicle. He turned into a cocky douche bag after finding out they could have done a better job. Even after telling him I would pay to have it re-done. Thats the last time I will do business with this shop. If you like customer service dont expect to find it from here.

Got my work van windows tinted, receptionist suggested I went with 3M ceramic and since I dont like the heat Im glad I took her suggestion. The installers did a great job and I recommend them.

A friend recommended JP Graphics to me after having windows tinted. I took the trip down there and spoke with JP himself . Very Profesional and courteous. I not only had my windows tinted, but also had my hood wrapped. Excellent job by his people. I highly recommend them. Best in town.

Been wanting to get my hood wrapped for the longest but I finally decide to get it doneCame to to JP signs everyone there were polite and answered all my questions. They even showed me some of their own cars to get an idea how mine would look. Their prices are fair and not as expensive as other places.

Great tint but horrible customer service, lady had my keys for 15 min but she was just talking to another customer about irrelevant topics without acknowledging or checking in to at least say one moment. If you come here expect 1hr 45min wait for one window

I took my time to research and find a good company that would provide a decent price with good service. While there were many places charging dirt cheap to get my Hyundai Veloster windows tinted - you almost always get what you pay for, therefore I was not interested. I found JP Graphics, they offered reasonable pricing, with amazing customer service. Betty helped me set an appointment on a date and time that worked best with my crazy schedule, and listed the different options for window tinting services that they have. I had some questions, probably which were annoying, but Betty didnt hesitate to assist and answer them with kindness.My windows came out PERFECT. The service was better than I could have expected. I was treated with great service from the time I handed them my keys, to the time I walked out of the door. I will definitely be coming back here for additional services: window banner, detailing, wrapping, stickers/decal. I highly recommend JP graphics.

Took way too long same excuse as when I came few years ago with another one of my car that the window tint took to long to remove car was there for 8 hours after was said to be done in 4 think when you drop off ur car instead of set and wait they take advantage and put others before… will not bring back a 3rd time first time shame on them second time Shame on me

I want to preface this review by stating that I was verbally threatened by the owner himself. I was told that if I leave a review of his shop that “every action has a consequence.” I also want to make clear that I myself have never done any work for him, so if he or Any of his employees would like to leave me negative reviews on my business pages then that is slander and is against the law. With all that said, let’s talk about the job they did on my truck. My wheel wells were broken, bolts missing, they wrapped over bolts and just did a sloppy job, my drivers door handle to this day doesn’t always unlock, my fuel door didn’t stay shut (that was fixed), they removed my bed rails even though I clearly told them to not remove them since they would warp and wouldn’t be able to put them back on. Guess what, they did it anyways and had to buy me replacements. I have been told by JP that they will “fix whatever needs to be fixed.” But let me ask this, why did my truck get treated and destroyed the way it did? I don’t feel comfortable letting them try to “fix” anything else on the truck, and I think other people would feel exactly the same as I do. The wrap is also badly bubbling in various spots. I’ve got countless photos of the job done to my truck, they speak for themselves. I paid a lot of money to have this shop essentially screw up my truck, if you care about your vehicle I suggest you go elsewhere.

Best Signage and Graphic company in Stockton. We got signage done for both of our shops and get all our banners printed from JP. Betty is also super amazing and helpful. If you go anywhere else you’ll be losing out. Don’t want to throw other businesses under the bus but they suck. Good Job JP :)

Our company has been around a very long time and through the years we have had many vehicles get logos, stickers, wraps, etc installed on them. Never in that time have we been able to pick up a brand new truck from the dealership and also have our branding done in the same day. JP Signs is literally the first place that has ever been able to do that for us. Quality is definitely not sacrificed. Delk Pest Control appreciates JP Signs and they are officially the only place we will use for our vehicles.

My go to place for decals. Time management seems to be an issue though being as not all the staff know how to do everything so projects get shifted around alot. It took almost a week and a half to get my last decal. Aside from communication within theyve always given me products Im happy with! Just need patience sometimes

Ok sooo I’m stillll currently waiting in the parking lot after being told it would take an hour and a half to complete at 12:15. Then was told at about 12:43 it would be about another 47 mins. I went in shortly after I called just to verify. I was then told another hour due to it being lunch time. I go in an hour later at 3:00 and was told it’s still printing. She said the printing process takes 40-45 mins. So I go back in at 3:30 and was told MAYBE at 4 because the printed my banner with everyone else’s, mind you I’m the only one here waiting! I proceed to ask, ok so how long before I should come back and she said she don’t know because it’s full color, So it is now 3:46 and I’m waiting to see what happens next. Oh and I had to be in Antioch by 3:30 for an event. Smh so unprofessional!

JP Signs is by fare the first company in this line of work that gives the highest quality work for a very fair and honest price. We went in for business cards and the day we were promised they’d be in and ready, they weren’t!! Which we NEVER GOT !! They’re very bad at communicating!!..
