10/10 would highly recommend JP Auto Body! White glove service from beginning to end.My 2023 Lexus RX was t-boned by a distracted driver. Thankfully, it was at a low rate of speed and only caused damage to both driver side doors.I did not like the shop that my insurance referred me to and luckily I was referred to JP Auto Body by family members. Having not been in a car accident before, I had a ton of questions about the repair process and what type of work would be needed. Peter took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and reassured me that my car would be returned in original condition.In addition to the two doors that needed to be replaced, my car had dealer installed 3M door protections and Permaplate coating. This required the car be taken back to Toyota/Lexus twice; once for calibrations and another for the Permaplate. The team at JP Auto Body handled all this for me quickly and seamlessly! They also matched the Lexus Eminent White Pearl color PERFECTLY and the 3M installs look great.I want to thank Peter and the JP Auto Body team for great taking care of my vehicle. I was amazed at pick-up as the car looked brand new! It had been throughly cleaned and detailed which was such a nice surprise. Special shout out to Brian who graciously called me each week to give me updates on the progress of the repairs and timing for completion.

They did an awesome job with a full rear bumper replacement on my Tesla M3P.Right off the bat I was pleased that unlike most body shops in the area, they were great about following up by email and phone even during the initial estimate, and seemed to care about customer experience. I was also given the option to have more convenient service in South San Francisco that could take longer due to them being quite busy, or faster service if I was okay to take my vehicle to their Redwood City location.I opted for the South San Francisco option since the shop was also walking distance from San Bruno BART, making it so I didnt need to rent a vehicle while mine was being repaired. The replacement was super smooth and the price was exactly what theyd quoted upfront. They also got it done faster than the estimated time given over the phone and when I dropped off the car. They handed the car back to me fully cleaned up and detailed.And lastly, shout-out to Ray for the estimate and scheduling, and Bryan for managing the drop-off, pickup, and repair process. They were both great! This place has definitely earned their 5-star reviews.

Aaron was incredibly helpful and informative through my whole claim and repair. The work on my car came out excellent. Aaron kept me well informed during the repair process and even offered helpful advice for navigating insurance and rentals to make sure I was taken care of and there would be no surprise cost. Had a fantastic experience with JP Auto Body Shop!I got into a fender bender and Aaron and his team immediately got to work on the repairs, and coordinated everything - from working directly with the insurance company to manage the repairs and payments, calling the rental car company to arrange a delivery and pickup from the body shop, staying communicative with me, etc.I just picked up the car yesterday and the quality of the work is impeccable. They are great value and have great service, and would 100% recommend them.

I cant say enough good things about J&P Auto Body in South San Francisco. My experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. I found myself in a challenging situation when the insurance claim turned out to be far more complicated than expected. After a collision, I was provided with insurance information from the other driver, but after months of back and forth, it turned out their insurance was not going to cover the claim. Despite the police report and extensive communication with various parties, I ended up facing a hefty repair bill nearly equal to my cars value.Enter J&P Auto Body. JP Autobody Shop exceeded my expectations in all ways!The quality of their work is awesome! I did the front lip of my new c7 corvette there, and repaired my older Toyota 86. They have zero issues color matching!The service was spectacular! Peter was beyond helpful and did even more than I expected! He guided me through repair process, and made dealing with the insurance company seamless. The insurance was not cooperating at all but the people there helped me in every aspect!The price is good too! I have work done there out of the pocket, and the amount they charge is very reasonable. I came to JP auto body after learning about them through my AAA insurance. Usually I don’t like to go to places my insurance would recommend and would rather pick my own shop. However, my experience here was really good. I worked with Peter who understood my issue and brought my E93 M3 back to life. The customer service was really good if you keep your expectations in check. 5 stars hopefully won’t need to come back to a body shop but if I do I know where I’m going.

Worked with John and he was fantastic and kept me updated throughout the process. Overall a timely and extensively high quality repair to my 3 series BMW. Paint looks better than factory, they used all factory BMW parts, and advocated for the job to be covered and thus done the right way. 10/10. Amazing process from start to finish! I had an initial phone conversation followed by a visit to the shop and email communications. Very professional, clear quote, with no nonsense. I brought my car in, but there was a backorder on the part which was very clearly communicated to me. I opted to pick my car up and wait for the part then returned when it arrived. Three days later my car is beautiful and they even buffed out a minor scratch next to the damage from the accident. They are organized, efficient, reasonable, and do excellent quality work. The owner is also onsite and makes sure things run smoothly. He is very personable and helpful. They are a locally owned reputable shop who takes pride in their work. A+ service and work.

Im a returning customer here. Quality of work and care continued to exceed my expectations. This time I needed help fixing my rear bumper, which was previously repaired by another highly rated European auto body shop in the area. I was open to a more involved repair which includes repainting and polishing, because I did want my new brand BMW to look immaculate. Peter patiently explained the problem with the previous installation and suggested the most cost-effective fix. The repair turned out to be exactly what I wanted, and it finally costed me a lot less than what I planned to spend. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to repair their cars, especially if they have a BMW. Quality is excellent and price is fair.

This was my second time taking my car to JP Auto. Both times I have come away very satisfied with the work done. The staff is all very nice and attentive. Aaron Kessler, is a gem: friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable . He takes the time to listen and clearly explains the work that is needed. He is a person who goes the extra mile. I had a large scratch on my passenger front door and I previously took it to a mobile detailer who left swirls on the car and made it worse. I decided to reach out to a few shops and a lot of them said that the only option would be to repaint the whole door, which would cost me $1,500+…Luckily I stumbled upon JP Auto Body Shop! Johnny Zhang was insanely helpful and had his team were able to touch up the scratch AND polish out all the swirls the previous shop left. He also gave me a better quote to repaint the door, if it had to come to that, compared to other shops. They are also a BMW certified body shop!Amazing customer service and great quality of work, I will definitely be coming back for all of my auto body needs in the future. Thank you!!

Peter reached out to me and addressed all the issue I mentioned below. It was quick and all the fixes happened in a few hours in the same day.=================================================I got my rear-ended model 3 fixed from JP Auto Body, but my experience was neutral. Ill start with good part:Good:Staff (Ray) was really nice and super transparent on communication.Bad:1) Since there are a lot of irons & tar flying around the repair shop, I saw a lot of iron/tar contamination after I picked up my car. And, it took quiet some time and effort to remove them.2) Repair quality is questionable. The panel gap after the repair got fairly bigger compared to the pre-accident. Body shop said they can do the re-alignment only if I agree with taking the liability. Im not convinced why I should take the liability though so wont risk it.3) There was a gap between the plastic trim and rear bumper after the repair, but the body shop said they cannot fix it since this is the common issue. I checked with Tesla Service Center today, and they said this is not very common but fixable. But, they will charge it since the body work was not done by Tesla.But, I am tired of dealing with this and dont want to make another 2 hours of round trip unless the body shop acknowledge that they can/will fix it.Verdict:I chose JP Auto Body based on the decent Google reviews, but again, my experience was neutral and probably wont recommend this shop to my friends. Of course, I was very impressed by the nice staffs and their amazing communication, but in the end, what matters to customer is the repair quality.

After researching multiple body shops in the area and a recommendation from a friend, I decided to take my car to JP Autobody and I’m glad I did. My car had a deep scratch and I was very particular about where to take it as the paint and color is specific and JP is the only auto shop in the Bay Area that’s BMW certified and has a direct partnership with them to ensure only OEM paint and parts are used. I called late afternoon and they were able to take a look at the car within the hour. When I arrived, I met Aaron Kesler, the manager, who was super professional, honest, and communicative. He made the entire process completely painless and hassle-free from the moment I brought my car in to the time I picked it up. After taking some pictures to calculate an estimate, we set up a date to have it dropped it off and they even offered to drop me off at Enterprise to arrange a rental car. After a couple weeks, I picked my car up and it looked like nothing happened. They matched the paint exactly and they did a complete exterior detail so it looks like it did the day I got it. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I highly recommend Aaron and JP Autobody to anyone that needs work done on their car. Thanks again!

I was knocked off the 101 by a run away driver, not injured but the driver side of my BMW X1 was practically ripped off. The car was towed to JP Autobody and the amazing Aaron took on our case.Aaron was the epitome of professional, extremely high customer service. Theres a reason JP Auto Body Shop is rated so highly. I came across the reviews here on Yelp and Google, but was skeptical that an auto body shop could get such high reviews after seeing poor reviews for so many other shops. Needless to say, JP Auto Body is the real deal. If you ever get in an accident or need work done on your car, Ray and his team will take better care of you than anywhere.The bumper on our Tesla had a run in with a toe hitch and it was not pretty. I shopped around for quotes and talked to other shops, and they seemed like they couldnt care less. JP Auto Body was responsive and very honest throughout the process. They were very up front that they were extremely busy and that it might take some time. I got a quote online and brought our car in to get it verified. Ray gave me an assessment while avoiding any extra costs for unnecessary work. After speaking to him, I knew our car would be in good hands. It took a couple of weeks for the bumper to arrive and he had it replaced in about a week. When we arrived, the car was washed inside and out and he even had his team buff out scratches and our door that was scuffed by some crazy road rager, at no extra charge. I was so impressed with the dedication to quality workmanship and taking care of their customers. You wont find an auto body shop that does a better, more thorough job, with honest owners who actually care about their clients because they want to win their future business and referrals. This is how you run a successful business. Thankfully theyre doing so well, theyve expanded operations across the street and will continue to grow with the great quality of work they do. He called the agent and was on hold for hours and made sure everything was approved. He moved things around on the schedule to squeeze us in and finished the work in record time. He even asked if I wanted to install the tow hitch since he was replacing the bumper anyway. The team at JP Auto is incredible and I wont be bringing my cars anywhere else in the Bay Area. I brought my car in to have the door replaced after having my car vandalized (multiple times, might I add) in San Francisco. I could have had the repair done in San Francisco but I drove down here because of the great reviews I saw. Aaron worked with me to give me a quote, assisted me through the process with insurance, and quickly let me schedule a repair for my car. He was extremely flexible in scheduling and was communicative during the entire process.With regards to the actual repair, the quality was fantastic. Just look at the picture. Can you tell my driver door was replaced? Me neither. And thats what a good repair should be. The craftsmanship, paint work, and attention to detail was great. JP went out of their way to make the car look perfect even when they didnt have to. I am a happy customer and to the extent that I ever need to get body work done again (fingers crossed!) I went to JP Auto after reading such great reviews, and I am happy to now give them 5 stars. I was in a hit and run last month and went through my insurance to get it repaired. I have a BMW X3 and needed to find a BMW certified shop. John answered my call and started ordering parts the second we got off the phone and told me to come in the next day. I have never gotten my car repaired before and John walked me through every step and communicated extremely well. I had such a positive experience and my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They worked with my insurance to get all the necessary work from the accident covered. Unfortunately this is my 2nd time working with John to get my car fixed (separate accidents) but each time John was so helpful and made the entire process as smooth as possible. My car had a warning message about tire pressure and there are also some minor scratches on the body for a while so I decided to find an auto repair shop on a Saturday. Many places are closed on the weekend then I bumped into JP Auto Body Shop which opens half day on Saturday and has very high rating so I decided to give a try. They exceeded my expectations! Ray explained to me about temperature change impacting tire pressure, had my tires checked and pumped, made the scratches disappear, and shared his knowledge about repairs. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I will definitely return in the future for car repairs and highly recommend this place to others!

My insurance company sent me to JP Auto Body Shop. What a great experience! Totally customer service oriented. Car was done in the estimated time with text messages throughout with updates. Staff made sure you were taken care of. When I picked it up it was washed in and out and filled with a full tank of gas. I am so glad I found Peter at JP AutoBody. I own a supercar and a luxury SUV and both have been there. Both vehicles were hit and run in front of my home, one not so bad by a drunk driver on Halloween and the other tragically hit by an 18 wheeler a few weeks later. That SUV vehicle is there now being repaired. Peter understands how meticulous I am and really goes beyond the pale to communicate when you are standing in front of him. On the supercar, he did a massive save in preserving the original paint using a chemical to peel off the paint transfer of which it took 5 treatments. He also went through with a fine tooth comb to look for any hidden structural damage to the carbon fiber/resin body panels. He then checked and measured the aluminum/carbon fiber frame rails and suspension with the alignment machine. I was super happy with the outcome. As my luxury SUV progresses between JP AutoBody return trips to Porsche, I feel the utmost confidence in him.

I have always been a bit apprehensive about taking my car to be repaired or even for routine maintenance, most likely developed over the years from my past experiences with other auto repair shops. My brand new car was damaged recently after being rear ended, so I was in a combination of both sour mood and skepticism when I took the car into JP Auto Body Shop.This business came highly recommended by our relatives who had their car repaired a year ago, but the referral did not assuage what I was feeling that day.The body shop was quite expansive, and the entire space was filled with rows and rows of cars that were in various stages of repair. Everyone was genuinely busy, and it was the most organized, immaculate auto repair shop I had ever seen. I parked my car up to the busy driveway and braced myself to be ignored and for the long wait. To my surprise, I was instead immediately greeted by one of the employees who stopped what he was doing to ask me if I needed assistance. His simple attention was quite disarming, and I felt so grateful for that question after my recent car accident.Everything that followed was what I could only describe as the most ideal experience a person can have with any business establishment. Peter was so professional, courteous, and attentive. He explained clearly what the process would be, what to expect, and delivered exactly what he promised. Monica was a rockstar and took care of all the paperwork, rental car reservation, pickup and drop off. If you are looking for top quality work and exceptional customer service then look no further. The work on my car was done in a short amount of time and I was in direct contact with Peter the whole time. He sent me updates and was always professional and consistent with communication. I NEVER write reviews but I had a great experience at JP auto body. Aaron was very honest and clear about setting my expectations regarding the timeline, estimate and work that needed to be done. He kept me apprised through the process every step of the process. I hit a fence and damaged the rear quarter panel and the crew at JP made it look new again. Great customer service. I brought my beloved RX-8 here after an accident. I wanted to keep the car so I was hoping it wasnt totaled. Jon was very sympathetic and did all he could, but unfortunately it ended up being totaled. AAA took weeks to respond, and ended up finalizing the claim when I had just left for vacation. Just recently had my car handle and door paint repaired by JP. They were great from the start, easy to call and set-up an appointment to drop off my car the next day. When I dropped off my car, Monica greeted me and helped me handle my case with insurance and went over the whole procedure with me thoroughly. She even helped me get set-up with my rental quickly and kept me up-to-date on the repair status and filing the supplementary paperwork with insurance. By the time I got my car back everything look brand new (I had a wrap on my chrome handle from before I dropped off my car and they even got the new handle wrapped to match what it was like before too). This review is long overdue. I was rear ended in my BMW in January 2021 and took it to JP Auto Body Shop in February. Aaron was the person who helped me and he was fantastic. He really helped make a bad situation go as smoothly/as well as possible. He was very up front about everything - how the process would work, how they would deal with the insurance companies, how long it would take to get parts, potential costs, etc.Since my car was drivable, he suggested that I keep it while they wait for parts to arrive, which I did. He called promptly once the parts were in and then let me know that there was a possible they could need to order more once they take it apart and see the full damage. This, of course, did end up being the case, but Aaron kept me in the loop the whole time, so I knew that progress was being made.He also really helped in dealing with the insurance company and as a result I didnt have any issues getting everything covered including a rental car. I had the most stress-free and amazing experience getting my Tesla fixed at JP Autobody. Ray was helpful, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process and it allowed me to give them my full trust while they were working on my car. Repairing Teslas are not as simple as taking off the broken part and replacing it with a new part as they require an extra step in configuring the software (sensor calibration in my case) and this is something not many shops are capable of doing. This shop has a handful of knowledge and experience working with Teslas so I would highly recommend coming here if you need your Tesla fixed. Plus they will clean your car both inside and out which was a really nice touch.

You cannot make this story up. I was driving across the Golden Gate Bridge when an old rolled-up carpet fell off the truck before me. At first we thought about paying it from our pocket to prevent the insurance premium going up. Ray is the man. I got into an accident in December and they werent able to get my Tesla in until February. This had nothing to do with JP Auto and everything with the part shortage which is all on Tesla and their inefficiency. But Ray kept me informed with clear communication the entire time and was super knowledgable. I didnt get my car back until late May (again bc of parts) and there were issues that Tesla did not address so I took it into my own hands and had them work with Tesla service. Wouldnt you know, Tesla Service screwed it up a couple times so my car had to go back and forth and on top of that Tesla Service scratched up my newly painted bumper. Ray and JP Auto were kind enough to buff out an issue that was not their fault. My car feels like it drives better than before and it is astonishing how good of a job these guys did. I had a great experience working with JP Auto Body in repairing my BMW X1. I typically park my car in a garage, but left it out one night over the holiday season and it got bumped from behind while parked which required me to get repaired. I contacted my local BMW dealer to get a list of their preferred vendors, and JP Auto was at the top of their list. They referred me to Ray and I was able to get in touch with him immediately - he offered to give me a preliminary estimate at the SF BMW Dealer (which I took him up on). After meeting with him and getting a sense of the work, he walked me through the process of working through my insurance... luckily JP is an approved body shop through my insurance, Geico, which made the process extremely smooth.A couple days later I dropped the car off, and it took about a week to get finished. Extremely professional. They performed amazing work. I had body damage on my Tesla Model 3 at a few locations (a mix of my fault and others faults) and JP Auto Body Shop was able to repair it. We took our car in to get the bumper repaired, on a recommendation from BMW SF, despite our insurance not working directly with them. The shop assured us it would take care of all the paperwork.The bumper repair was beautifully done- it took a little longer than the estimated time, but this was understandable due to covid-impacted supply chains. The billing with our insurance was seamless as promised.After we got the car back, I noticed the hatch was leaking water from the inside. JP was initially less responsive on helping us problem solve the leak, but once we connected with the manager, they promptly took in the car, and diagnosed that the last body shop that did a repair (the now-closed German Motors Collision Center) did not properly caulk the window.Im impressed that they powered through to address the secondary problem, especially since it was from another body shops work. Well definitely use JP Auto Body again.

Was recommended by a friend to go to JP to fix my car, with a bad scratch and a loose bumper... I brought my car in in the morning for an inspection, but had to leave for work before it could get repaired. Excellent, I would recommend them to anyone. My wifes car was side-swipped and there was extensive damage. Came in for a rear quarter panel repair. It was a hit and run and the damage was deep. Bare metal was showing. JPs customer service was impeccable and they went above and beyond in taking care of my BMW X5.Context: I own a BMW X5 and I got rear ended by another driver about 2 months back. While the other party insurance took responsibility, they got back with a lowball estimate and I was quite worried I may have to end up using non OEM and/or pay out of pocket.I discovered JP online via Google/Yelp and I went with them esp. since they were a BMW certified shop. In early May 2021 I had sent my car to JP Autobody to address a front bumper damage from an unrelated incident. The turn around time for that case was reasonable and I was very satisfied with the results and service Peter and his team gave me. I picked my car up on Friday, May 21. I was glad to have my car back and freshly restored. However, on the following Wednesday, May 26 morning I woke up to find my street parked car had an ugly surprise.The entire driver side of my car was swiped, with the front wheels so badly damaged. The car was then inoperable in its current condition. I was beyond stressed, considering it had only been a week since I got my car back from the shop. Thankfully, a neighbor’s security camera was able to record footage of the hit and run late in the night. After reporting the incident to both my insurance and the police, I called Peter from JP Autobody to share the bad news. Peter was very compassionate and immediately organized a tow transport from my house to the shop while I was at work.After my shift, I picked up a rental car and went to visit JP Autobody. Peter, as always, was transparent about the work details and addressed every question and concern I had. I know he and his team are very busy, but I truly appreciate that Peter always make time to properly talk and not rush the conversation. He reassured me that he would would be in talks with the insurance representatives and that my car, like always, receives the proper repair and care while in their custody. Based on the extensive damage, he knew that it would be a lengthy job. I respected his assessment because I know he wants the job to be done correctly and safely. Very good service. Second time I’ve had to take my car in for minor work. Guys are quite attentive and walk you through each step before and after the repairs are done. Text updates during the repair are helpful as well. No need to call in frequently to figure out when things will be complete. Fair pricing relative to other shops. Estimate was lower but quality of work was just as good. I guess other shops have to bump up the prices due to all of the marketing they do. Suspect these guys can keep prices more reasonable due to the word of mouth referrals and good reviews that they get.

I want to take the time to say that JP Auto Body Shop gave us the best auto service experience I’ve ever had. We got into an accident with our Tesla and I knew that not only were the repairs were going to be expensive, but the work had to be done by an expert familiar with Tesla and Tesla products. He gave us the kind of service you’d expect at a four seasons resort. A-plus communication every step of the way. He helped us negotiate with our private insurance company, and would call to update us as parts arrived and work was completed on our vehicle. I’m a busy mom with two kids and he helped me find a rental car that practically showed up at my doorstep. Seriously outstanding service. Our Tesla required above average TLC as they need to be specially calibrated after parts are replaced and the shop took care to dot their ‘i’s and cross their ‘t’s for us. The shop was great, they had our vehicle ready during the timeframe they quoted us, and the big wow I really want to rave about was from Ray. Wow...Johnny and his team were absolutely amazing with taking care of of me from A to Z.I came in to get to parts of my car repaired from a drive by accident. Prior to finding out about JP Auto Body Shop, I had been looking around other shops in the Bay Area. I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience at one shop located in SSF which left me afraid to even look around after. I even went to the Mazda auto center in RWC and didnt feel comfortable at all getting quotes/help. I got super lucky to have found JP online from a simple google search. After my 2010 BMW got rear-ended, one of my good friend recommended me to JP Auto. When I first entered I was greeted by Johnny and Peter and their shop was amazing! It was the biggest cleanest shop I ever went to. Almost twice the size of any other body shop I had went to. The office inside is very nice and clean, and they showed me their state the art paint booth. After a tour of their shop, they helped me call insurance, brought me to a rental, and even gave me a discount! Wow were they nice people. Everything was done so professionally. Ray was very nice to work with at JP Autobody. He provide email and call updates along the process. The parts took a while to get because they were coming from Germany and had to be made to order versus being in stock, but that was out of JP control. They even let us keep the car in the shop after it completed while we were out of town.We retuned from our vacation with our car looking brand new! My car was street parked and a roofing operation accidentally covered my car front to back with a glue substance that required my car to be re-painted. JP Auto did an excellent job and my car looks better than Ive ever seen it (since I bought it with 40k miles on it). They couldnt be more straightforward or honest which are two of the biggest things I look for when anyone is working on my car.If there is ever a moment you arent 100% clear about why something is happening, the staff is right there to explain everything in detail. I had the unfortunate event 2 weeks ago of getting into a car accident which led into a hit n run where my rear side bumper was nearly detached. Luckily no one was hurt. I had placed my car under the care of JP auto which was recommended to me by my brother who had some experience with them. My Tesla model Y was recently rear ended and needed to get repair. Ive called JP Autobody to schedule an appointment and had worked with Ray who specialzed in Tesla and BMW, provided a lot on what kind of damage they look for or make the inspections and sending that information to the insurance group.Jp autobody also provided me a car rental while my car was being repaired. It may have taken about a month to repair but they were able to provide me with an weekly update and told me a status on where they were or what they may be waiting for. It was very professional of Ray to continue to provide me these updates.On the day of pickup, the car looks very good and doesnt even look like it was ever in an accident. I would highly recommend JP Autobody when needing your car repair. The paint job was even better than what the original Tesla was. I would like to thank JP Autobody again for the great job.

The team here does great work. Unfortunate for me, Ive had the need for body shops more than I would like, and I wish Ive started with them sooner. Other places I went to always left me arguing with the work done. These guys will fix your car as if your car and treat it as if it was your first born. My car got fixed and you wont even know it had to get fixed. If you are reading this and doubt still have doubts. Im someone who owns a black vehicle and am sensitive to swirl marks let alone major repairs that dont match. These guys made the repairs at a master class level and didnt add a single scratch to the vehicle. This might sound common, but it really isnt. They put others body shops to shame.

Great Customer Service, and overall experience. It all started as I was contacting dealerships and what they would recommend as their best go-to Body Shop, and after the 10th referral, JP AUTO BODY was the consistent contender that kept being referred over and over. Got in contact with Johnny Zhang (one of the owners @ JP Auto Body), and was introduced to Ray Zhang shortly after to deal with a small rear end collision I had been involved in. From the moment I stepped foot into JP Auto Body, I felt like I was a valued customer, and all my questions were answered along with not having to deal with the brunt of the work between my appraiser and insurance and body shop. Ray dealt with all this ongoing paperwork to get payments submitted and processed for my repairs to come into play as soon as possible. He kept updating me if statuses on what had been done on my car and what else was needed, so I was never left in the dark with the repairs. I applaud all the JP Auto Body reps and owners, as well as Ray Zhang who went above and beyond my expectations of dealing with my collision repairs, given I had just bought the car not even a month out, where the car was brand spanking new. Aaron was so helpful! I had several bad scratches and my quarter bumper had popped out a little. He was able to push in my bumper and buff out my scratches. He presented all options, and didn’t force me to go with replacing the whole bumper if I was ok with a few imperfections. Someone brushed their vehicle up against my truck in a parking lot and one of the preferred/no hassle options through my insurance was JP ABS.Repairs/Paint look great. I dealt directly with Peter and Johnny. Both of them are class act.The first time I dropped by, asked for a quote and Peter was the one that took care of me. He dropped whatever he has on hand and asked what happened to the car. Inspected the car and asked a few more questions. Pointed out that the car may be damaged in a couple places due to the nature of the accident (comprehensive - road debris). Because of his experience and what he pointed out, I decided to make an appointment and drop off the car for repair.They had loaner cars on hand and ready to go when you drop off. Paper work was as simple as 1, 2, 3. The loaner was waiting right in front and I was off on my way. I asked for all OEM parts due to the car brand and my insurance and these guys took care of everything else.5 business day turnaround. Things had to be replaced, remove, repainted, and reinstalled. They took care of alignment on the lights and made sure the paint matches. Had a slight issue with TPMS when I picked up the car. Johnny and Peter came out and did test drives, offered to check the car again on the lift to make sure nothing was causing the issue. They gave me the rental again and called me a few hrs later to pick up the car.Funny thing is, my insurance adjuster never called me on anything, not emailed me on the car. But these guys kept me inform about everything.Will definitely keep them in my phone book and refer people over when they need help with their car.

My precious 2011 Audi S4 was caught up in a collision and I was looking for an auto body to fix it up. Seeing that one of my coworker recently went to fix up her car and the car was done well, I asked her which shop she went to. I dont want just any auto body though, I am a picky person and needs to see everything first. She told me the address to J P and then I went there a few days after. Upon entering, the first thing in my mind was how big, spacious, and clean their shop was. I was greeted by Johnny and peter, the owner, and I talked to him about my car and insurance. But before I let him do the job, I asked him what is he going to do and if the paint will match up the pearl white. Johnny told me to come over to his spray booth, where he showed me that his booth is state-of-the-art and that the computers will definitely match up the right color so I need not to worry. With more research, I see that their Yelp review consists of multiple 5 stars and he promises that if anything goes wrong hell gladly fix it for free. With that kind of service, I felt at ease.When the car was done, he messaged me and told me to pick it up whenever. My car was sparkling white when I came to pick it up and everything was like brand new. The inside leather was shiny and everything was just so perfect. J P really knows what they are doing!
