Id like to share a little information about a really good Real Estate agent Josie Andrade. She recently handle the sale of a property I co-owned in South Gate. It was not an easy deal specially dealing with me ( Im also a Real Estate broker with over 40 years of experience) I could have handle the sale myself but because I was a co-owner I thought it be best if I hire a RE professional familiar with the area. Prior to meeting Josie, I had not had the best experience with other real state agents. I always felt that some were dishonest and only looking out for their own interest and not their clients. We used Josie Andrade and her team to help us getting our first home. Josie and her team were outstanding.Everything started with because I was having a conversation with one of my colleagues at work about the desire to own our first home. Then he gave me the information of his realtor and told me that she would call me the next day, that is how we start our process. First time buyers completely defeated by this crazy market. Josie was our last hope. We arranged an appointment with her and she was everything we were looking for. She was honest, transparent, and knowledgeable we knew with her experience that we had a HUGE advantage that other buyers didnt have. Josie has been absolutely phenomenal in the way she handled our situation. I was trying to rent out my house (first time landlord) and a potential client recommended Josie to me to help with the process.Josie contacted within a few hours and started working with me on a weekend. Josie gave me daily updates, along with what to expect in future with every step. Dealing with a first time buyer requires a lot of patience, not only did she stay past working hours to meet with us, but she always made us feel like she had time to answer our questions. She took the time to get to know us and our schedule so that she could accommodate us, and how to make our meetings the most productive with the time we had together. She negotiated a great deal with the listing agent on the lowered appraised value, we thought we were going to lose our dream house. The seller did not want to settle for the lower value, however, she was very relentless and protecting of our best interest. She understood how much we wanted this house, and with her knowledge and experience was able to negotiate and accept the appraised value. Not only did our escrow have to be expedited, along with our long work hours, this was during the holiday season, Josie and her team made our escrow happen in 16 days. That was absolutely amazing! Wow 20 years ago Josie, sold us our first home. We were so happy to be in the city and the area we wanted to be. Now my parents have gotten a little older and we all decided to get closer to my work and family. (Sister) Josie, helped us put our house on the market. We got a few offers the very first weekend it listed. A few challenges thru the process of getting qualified to buy our next house but Josie and her team guided us to repairing our credit. (Credit Repair) After accepting the best buyer for our house we right away starter looking for our new house. We were very worried but doing that but Josie, had a plan and she assured we will not be left out in the street or worst with two mortgage payment. We have been knowing Josie Andrade for about 3 years now was referred by my cousins friend her family had bought a home and she was her realtor so she came highly recommend. So we decided to work with her 3 yrs back we were looking and we where so excited to get process going her staff is very knowledgeable got the pre approval from her lender but unfortunately my husband got hurt so we had to place everything on hold. Fast forward 3 yrs laterSince we were renting the landlord decided she wanted to sell the house so we had 60 days to vacate all of a sudden so this time we were limited on time and since things were moving so fast the landlord told us about her realtor so we started the process with her it was our biggest mistake this realtor which will remain nameless was so slow to put in a bid will take her five days to do so we lost two homes since I know we are in a very competitive market. I first met Josie through my now fiancé back in October 2017. Back then, we reached out to Josie and her team for advice in home buying and since that very moment, we were treated as friends that have known each other for years.
