Since he doesn’t manage the area, he connected us with a wonderful realtor on the area. But he didn’t stop there - he stayed with us through the whole process to ensure it all went smoothly. 2023-04-18 20:07:23I just completed a purchase transaction with Joseph as the listing agent, where I was helping the buyers with their financing. Joseph worked extremely well with the buyers agent as they negotiated final items to keep the buyer and seller in mutual agreement. He was a pleasure to work with. We closed this transaction in 15 days. Everyone was stoked.
