Jose is super easy to work with. He follows through with everything requested from a buyer agent stand point and super responsive. He cares about his clients and tries his best to provide them an exceptional service. While working with him on a transaction, he went above and beyond to be sure his sellers are protected and well taken care of. I Would love to work with Jose on another transaction again. He’s super trustworthy.

This review is long overdue. Earlier this year Jose helped us in our journey to buy a new home and what an experience it was! He was very good in understanding our wants and needs, he was very patient when looking at properties, we never felt rushed and he provided very honest feedback of homes we were looking at,l. He always asked the right questions and helped us find out more about the property, allowing us to have enough tools to be able to make an informed decision.Jose is very professional, has incredible people skills, attention to detail, great communication with clients and all people involved, he always has your back and your best interest, in our case went above and beyond.When we found OUR HOME, Jose’s expertise and negotiation skills came into play and we were able to close with a favorable deal.He walked us through the entire process and was on top of everything from start to finish.Thank you Jose, working with you was amazing, thank you for helping us find our home and make it ours.

My husband and I have worked with Jose multiple times within the last eight years for home purchases and refinances. Each experience has been excellent with Jose working hard for us to find what we’re looking for and within our budget.Jose is a person of high integrity, very informative, easy to talk to and reach, has excellent communication skills, responsiveness and foresight.While all of Jose’s qualities are valuable, his foresight is incredibly important, because often times in our experience, it’s been necessary to prepare items in advance to meet critical purchase timelines/deadlines. In addition to all of the qualities mentioned, Jose is very funny making the purchase/refinance process less grueling.Overall, Jose demonstrates a strong desire to please his clients and is definitely our go-to for all our realty needs. Ive been a client Jose Reyes for a little over 7 years now. Jose helped me buy my first home (7 years ago) and then he helped me sell it and buy my new larger home about 2 months ago. Jose also worked with me on multiple refinances and the first one was to help me refinance out of FHA. Needless to say, Ive worked with Jose quite a bit over the years and I honestly feel, you cant find a better real estate agent out there. Jose genuinely cares about his clients and always looks out for his clients best interests. Hes probably one of the most patient guys Ive ever met and he takes the time to explain everything including loan estimates, closing statements and etc. Essentially, this man goes above and beyond for his clients and Im very thankful for his expertise and services.Thanks for your help over the years Jose, youve been absolutely fantastic!

Jose was an exceptional person to work with. He made our process of refinancing very smooth and easy to understand. Any questions or concerns we had, he made it a priority to respond as soon as possible either by calling us or texting us. This was our first time refinancing and had many questions, Jose was great at making us feel like we were making the best and most educated decision based on all the information he provided. He is very professional and very responsive which was very important to us. Our process of refinancing took less than 30 days and we could not be any happier with the rate we got and the process overall. My wife and I worked with Jose Reyes to buy a house during the crazy sellers market in 2021-22. And we had the most amazing experience! Even during the challenging Covid times, Jose was very flexible in working with us on the house viewings and understanding our requirements, our likes and dislikes. Within no time, he got a feel for what we really wanted in a house and was able to provide us with very helpful pointers. Even though it took us a while to navigate through the limited options on the market, he was extremely patient with us. He always put us before anything else. He gave us honest feedback and warned us when he thought something was not right with a property. At no time did he rush us into making a decision that we were not comfortable with. Finally when we found the right house, he was able to negotiate a really good deal for us. I have used Jose 3 times, once for my Home purchase in 2015, once for a refinance in 2016, and most recently for another refinance in 2020. All 3 times Jose has provided top quality service. From my first phone call inquiring about a refi, to my last phone call thanking him for another great experience, Jose was always there for me. Just trust him and his instincts.
