Purchasing our first investment property was very intimidating, however our agent Jacob P made the process smooth. Jacob went above and beyond with our crazy schedules and would answer all our questions in a timely manner. He would ask sellers/agents questions we wouldn’t even think to ask. Our agent always made sure we had a full schedule of houses to see and was very savvy in IE/SB areas. Thank you Jacob and the Ponce & Ponce team for all your hard work and dedication.

Imagine having questions regarding buying a home or selling all for the first time and not knowing where to start. While looking through social media, I came across Lauren’s Instagram and noticed she had educational videos about buying a home. It gave me some insight, on what to look forward to if I were to choose buy a home. On her Instagram, she asked people to send in any questions we may have regarding buying or selling. Then she would answer them and share them as a post. That was my first interaction with her. She answered all my questions. She was friendly and she gave me her contact information, in case I choose to move forward. Just simply thinking of being a home buyer for the first time can be overwhelming. I want to thank Lauren for taking time that she invested into answering all my questions not just for that 1 day but for a couple days afterwards. She left a positive impression! I highly recommend Lauren at Ponce & Ponce Realty.

I get calls from agents of this companies, they use telemarketers. Stop Using telemarketers it is annoying and I am on the do not contact list
