Jose Luiz Morales & his staff were so great in dealing with the sale of our house. It sold in about 3 days WOW. We were having problems moving tenants out but his staff handled the whole situation to vacate them. Also Jose Luiz, Maria n Camila have all the resources to get our house cleaned up after tenants left a huge mess. Maria & Camila kept us well informed about the the tenant situation & anything that needed to be cleared up so escrow could close without delay. The whole staff knows how to get your home ready for sale & educate you on how to get top dollar. They explained all the procedures, answered all our questions with patience & knowledge no matter how often I asked the same questions. They want to make sure you’re happy in working with them & getting your home sold. We are very happy to have picked Jose Luiz Morales Company to handle the sale of our home. We weren’t too comfortable with the other realtors we interviewed Jose Luiz Morales told us what he would do to sell our home & he did exactly that. WOW sold house in 3 days. You need someone who is knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills and the right resources in order to obtain the best price when selling your home or the lowest and fairest price if you are purchasing a home. It’s a huge investment. Jose will give you better than 5 star service. Jose is a breath of fresh air as a realtor. I have known Jose Luiz, Marisol, and the team at the Morales Real Estate Group for many years in a professional capacity. I have seen firsthand his professionalism, his honesty and the attention he has shown towards his clients, so when it was time for my husband and I to purchase our first home, there was no doubt who we wanted to assist us through the process. As first-time home buyers the process of purchasing a home was a complete unknown and a bit overwhelming, however, when we started to work one-on-one with Marisol, her knowledge and care immediately put us at ease. 6 ½ weeks from start to finish!Jose Morales and his extremely experienced and skilled team are nothing short of amazing. José has built a fully complemented infrastructure (vendors and services) that addresses just about any need his client may have. He had his hands full at the outset with a non-compliant tenant who continued to occupy the property beyond the lease. His highly engaged team wasted no time in providing assistance in the matter to bring it to a close within five days. From there José’s team and I communicated daily to prepare the property for sale. A short two weeks later, the house cleaned, repaired and, fully staged, was listed on the MLS. In brief, we received several offers above asking in a matter of days, opened escrow a week later and closed in 21 days without issue.What I really appreciated about José and his team was their advocacy on my behalf. I had purchased multiple properties in my lifetime, but I had never sold one and was not familiar with the process. I am very much a hands-on individual and had more than my fair share of questions and opinions. On occasion I needed additional information and explanation about next steps... this was extremely important to me. José never once hesitated to reach out to respond to my questions, walk me through the process and provide options for me to consider. From start to finish, this was an effortless and smooth process. We had the unique situation of selling a house due to an unexpected death of my kids father. No will or trust was in place so we were forced to go through probate. The Jose Morales group reached out to us and knew exactly how to support us through the probate process. With assets frozen, the Jose Morales group really stepped up to the plate by assisting us with help in repairs, providing moving truck and staging the property aesthetically. I highly recommend Jose and his team. As trustee of a relatives estate after their passing, I was tasked with cleaning out their home of 60-plus years and selling it. Jose provided me the use of his box truck, which made the clean-out infinitely easier than it would have been. I dont live in the area and didnt have any agent contacts and limited knowledge of the market, but the minute I met Jose, I knew we were in good hands. Jose and his whole team did a fabulous job helping us sell my brother-in-laws house in Simi Valley. We live out of state and had several agents interested in listing the house, but Jose showed us his team approach and convinced us that he was the best of the best. And boy did he and his team prove themselves to us. They stayed attentive and responsive throughout the entire process, from staging to closing. If an issue came up they had a prompt solution. We loved the staging service. The stager, Jennifer did a fabulous job- made the house look fantastic. Maria and Camilla were great to work with also. Highly, highly recommend this group to sell your home. We had our home listed for 6 months with another agent and had little traction and only 2 lower offers. Our agent kept telling us to drop the price but we knew the home was priced correctly for the market. Jose reached out to us during a period when our home was temporarily off market to discuss the listing. He agreed the house was priced correctly just being marketed wrong. We didnt know him, had no personal references for him or his group but after meeting with him in person, seeing his portfolio and hearing that they were going to stage our home with the help of an interior designer and take professional photos free of charge we took a leap of faith and went with him. We couldnt be any happier. Within 3 weeks of having the house listed with him we had an offer that was over asking, and we just closed escrow yesterday. This group has a very finely oiled operation. Jose Morales went above and beyond what others would do to help me sell my property. The process was easy and went smoothly. I was an active participant in working on the selling price based on my own personal research of the real estate market along with the comparable pricing that Jose was able to provide for me.
