I would like to give a shout out to the Jones Realty Group. My wife and I have been working with James Ritchie Realitor from Jones Reality Group for over four (4) years. Just before Covid struck and the real estate market began a difficult turn for California buyers. James reviewed numerous home listings for us and unfortunately none of them met with our desired requirement. Working with Liz and her Team was a very easy process. Liz helped me sell my elderly parents home and made it very painless process for them. Arranging for notary to come to them and making sure all documentation was in order. No question went unanswered and she kept a very open line of communication. Liz Jones is AMAZING!!! She is professional and knowledgeable wrapped in kindness!! The sale of our home was a bit tricky because my husband and I placed contingencies on our chosen buyer. As a result, we took a rollercoaster ride that ended with a fall out of escrow. Round two, we handed Liz the reigns and in 3 days we received an incredible offer and closed escrow in less than 30 days! I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. I listed my home with Jones Realty Group-Keller Williams and before the sign was up or any realtors were able to take a tour I got an offer. Due to the Corona-19 situation the buyers were nervous and backed out . Liz assured me that things would be fine . With her virtual tours and media exposure within a few days I had another offer and my home SOLD IN 30 DAYS. Her team never took their finger off the transaction and hand carried it through each step. I never had to pick up the phone and ask for updates. They anticipated every need in advance and stayed one step ahead of everyone.When Liz showed up to show the property she was armed with facts to answer all questions I might have and then added a few facts I had not thought of. It is truly refreshing in todays world of fast paced and hurry up and get the next customer, there is someone by the name of Liz that took the time and was patient with me while I did my own analyses to make the decision I made. Well, needless to say, in spite of a slowing market, I had two offers within one week and one was above - oh, and that was during the holidays (is this ok to say?). Even with the smallest details I had wondered how I should handle, she had either the most efficient answer or suggestion. Chad Scott and his team at Jones Realty Group blew us away. As first time home buyers, we were really counting on the know-how from our agent. Chads knowledge of the real estate market along with his background allowed him to find us the perfect home for our family.
