On 5/9/2024, I had a very important deadline to meet, and at the same time my computer crashed. Chris and his team just happened to be here at that time. We recently contracted with Jones IT to do all of our IT related items. We are a unique organization with many challenges. We also had a lot of complicated things carry over from the previous contract. It was quite the challenge in understanding all of our intricacies BUT the team at Jones IT did a fantastic job in assessing, re-assessing, prioritizing, communicating and being present in our work spaces in order to make for a successful transition. We were worried that we would not be able to find a service that could meet our challenging operation model but they have risen to the high expectations and have done an incredible job in their follow up, presence and completion of tasks. In addition to having a high rate of task completion, it has been refreshing to work with their staff as they have been amenable to successfully working with all of our different personalities and work needs. We have been with Jones IT for about one year and have been very pleased with their work so far. They have done everything from making sure everybody in the office has the equipment they need to getting our conference room updated and set up. Before we started working with Jones IT we had slow wifi and we didnt have much of a plan in place for managing our data. They made sure we had a plan in place for backing up our data and recovering it in case of disaster. We feel a lot better set up and many of the technical issues we used to have are completely off our plate.
