I started working for the Silva’s in April of 2017 and I can honestly say it is an absolute pleasure to work with Jon & Jonathan Silva. Their knowledge and expertise give our clients a huge advantage when it comes to buying or selling their property. I admire Jon & Jonathan Silva’s integrity and their commitment to everyone they work with. They have a client right now that really shouldn’t have bought the house they are in and need to sell it. It is really hard to sell a home right after you buy it and get enough to cover all the costs. Team Silva agreed to sell it for free if needed in order for these folks to keep their good credit. They are always willing to go the extra mile.We recently got an appraisal that came in $45K low. Jonathan got a new appraiser and had them raise the appraisal up to our asking price. Saved the Seller $45K! I’ve seen Jonathan be very careful in negotiating to keep the deal together and at the same time get the most possible for his client.Whether you are selling a home or wanting to get the perfect house they will use their knowledge and expertise to make sure you get the most out of the transaction. Team Silva at Keller Williams was great to work with. They advised us on how and what to do to prepare our home for sale. They created pictures and a virtual tour that wonderfully displayed our home showing its true beauty and potential and we received multiple strong offers within 24 hours. My Fiancé and I are expecting our first child and needed to get into a new home. We were initially looking to rent, but after one conversation with Jon we discovered a whole new possibility, homeownership. He showed us a range of options in our price range and explained what the process would look like from start to finish. We are first time home buyers so we were unfamiliar with the process. Jon, Mike and the rest of the Team Silva team walked us through the process and worked hard to make it easy for us. We were not left in the dark, as Jon and Mike kept us updated. There was a lot of competition in our price range but Team Silva showed us a house before it even went on the market! They understood just how emotional and personal it was for my finance and I and they pushed for the best deal. I am beyond grateful for all the attentiveness, support and diligence of Jon and his team. They treated us as if I was buying a million dollar home and I wont forget it.

Team Silva is amazing. They worked really hard for my home even though it was a small home that wasn’t going to yield a large commission they help me get the home ready. They fought to make sure I got the best price for my listing. They were professional, courteous and responsive. They were always there for me when I needed them. I highly recommend them!!!

Jon and Jonathan, and their office support staff, were amazing. They kept us informed about showings, competition, strategies to get the best price, what needed fixing and what didn’t, changes in market conditions, and even helped calm my nerves as the deal came down to the wire. They provided confidence and got the house sold for a great price, and really went far beyond the extra mile to help it sell. I recommend them to anyone.

Jonathan and Jon Silva came over for their initial consultation with us after having an unsuccessful attempt to sell our house. Jonathon helped us determine a fair market value for our home. The home had served as a rental property for us in recent years and we were out of state. Jonathon handled all of the updates that needed to be done and all of the marketing. He and his team were fantastic to work with.
